Service at this and it's Sister locations in Oakwood and Macedonia is very inconsistent but typically slow. Often see employees standing still chatting amongst themselves or looking at phones while I'm waiting on Coffee or a donut (the easiest things to prepare)

They just built this and I’ve been wanting to try it and it did not disappoint. The service was amazing the manager was amazing some of the best service I’ve had the food was hot and super fresh. I would recommend this to anyone and I give them an amazing 5 stars down the board service, food, environment. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

i am always greeted when i come in and they always make my food great i havent had any issues and i always enjoy this place and they always say have a good day or enjoy your food everyone is always sooo nice friendly i just love it and thank you everyone that makes my food and take my order
