DONT BUY LETTUCE/SALAD HERE it’s old and disgusting. Took me 3 times to learn my lesson. Go to the ground floor cafeteria for a much better salad and it’s cheaper.

I have been visiting the hospital for six days , eating here at least once a day ,and my order was constantly missing items . God forbid you ask the staff for any help or to make things right . Big attitudes . The one girl couldn't put her iPhone down to listen or make anything right . To busy asking the male associate when his next shift is ,and what he was doing this weekend. Another issue I had was operation hours state closing time was at 7 pm , I go downstairs around 4:45 to get what my mother asked for after coming out of surgery ,and they are closed . Myself and 10 other people walking up and walking away disappointed. I was told by nurses they close early if they feel they are slow however I feel like this wrong. I understand working in the food industry can be frustrating however employees should be mindful how they talk to visitors and customer needs .

I have ordered from this Panera a few times. They close at 4:00 and around 3:30 the workers become rude and evil. They prance around the store HOLLERING at customers WE CLISE IN 10 minutes!!! I hav twice ordered coffee and the coffee dispenser was empty. It was 15 minutes before closing time. I was told WE CLISE AT 4:00 I dont know what to tell you.. end of discussion. No substitute offered, no refund and there was no sold out on the putchasing offer. In short I Panera store the price of a cup of coffee from me they are rude disrespectful and if this is not a good way to treat people who have loved ones in the hospital, shame on them

As if she wasn't already busy stocking and taking orders. The older woman in the red Polo was especially mean to her. I also saw another review that said the sandwiches were sloppily put together and I would have to agree

Didn't put my tulip cookies in my bag and I had 3 of them. The sandwiches themselves were sloppily put together. I called about my cookies not being in the bag and was told that they would reimburse me.... THEY NEVER DID!!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PANERA AGAIN IN LIFE!!!!!
