Pickup time was quick, but we were ignored in the drive through (past 8pm, lobby was closed) for 10 minutes. We drove all the way around and were ignored again for another five minutes. Pizza was floppy and doughy, will not be back.

After ordering wings and pizza from this location the order was picked up at about 650pm or so and didn’t make to my house till about 740pm I live 10 minutes or less away from this location. I ordered online for delivery then my wings weren’t well done like I requested and the pizza was cold.Tried calling to speak with manager but was just put on hold for a long period of time

I ordered a small cheese pizza with extra extra peppers on the side. They brought out like 20 extra peppers on the side. It made my night. Pizza was great

Standard papa John's. They should bring back the $10 anytime pizza! Late night waits are very long since the lobby is closed. But considering the neighborhood, I don't blame them. Staff was nice.

I got a pizza and nothing with it. No butter sauce or peppercino. And the manager hung up on me when I called to find out why. I just wanted to know his name.

Worst pizza, barely cooked, dough was soggy, pizza was not cut through.
It takes longer to pick up pizza than it does to make. Worse system for picking up pizza. Hopefully pizza is good after waiting in line foe 25 mins.
Parking: Parking lots small and awkward.

Ordered big pepperoni and the works, asked me it I wanted to up size for 3 $$ more asked him why it went from 2 to 3 didn't get answer ,picked pizza up got home the pepperoni tasted very bad, like.it had bad pepperoni on it, with the price of take out u would think they pride in what they are putting out .No more Pappa John's for me !!!!!!!

I don't understand how this place can never get an order rite. I have ordered here several times and it does not matter if you order your pizza well done or normal it comes half cooked. So tired of bringing home a pizza just to have to bake it myself just to get it done. I have ordered from other Papa John's and they know how to cook a pizza correctly. Some training might be needed.
