I placed my order.paid for it come back get in line and some last starts saying crap like I'm not having someone walkup on me .I wasn't even15 feet from this so called lady then a employee sticks his head out the window tell me I'll get shot for that.i in turned said boy you will give me my money back and then when I got to the window they wanted to treat me like I'm a bum and give me attitude.and I still haven't received my refund back yet I'll never in my life eat at papa John's again NEVER.

Love the cheeseburger pizza the papa John’s by my house is out of burger sauce so I call two different papa John’s and none of them will put the cheeseburger pizza on thin crust! What’s the big deal? I only get pizza on thin crust. Why is this so hard to get? Super annoyed.great product but can’t get it on the crust I want? Lost me as a customer

We ordered food for delivery on 7/7/25 and it arrived 30 minutes late. Food was cold enough to the point of needing re-heated. We reached out to customer service, but they have not responded after their initial email from 7/9/25. Terrible experience and no customer service response.

Pickup time was quick, but we were ignored in the drive through (past 8pm, lobby was closed) for 10 minutes. We drove all the way around and were ignored again for another five minutes. Pizza was floppy and doughy, will not be back.
After ordering wings and pizza from this location the order was picked up at about 650pm or so and didn’t make to my house till about 740pm I live 10 minutes or less away from this location. I ordered online for delivery then my wings weren’t well done like I requested and the pizza was cold.Tried calling to speak with manager but was just put on hold for a long period of time

Standard papa John's. They should bring back the $10 anytime pizza! Late night waits are very long since the lobby is closed. But considering the neighborhood, I don't blame them. Staff was nice.
