If it wasn't such a difficult time trying to order this thing on the phone due to the foreign nationalist broken English broken understanding of English and having to repeat yourself five times to get the water straight. I'd give it five stars but until then it's very difficult to even place an order under any kind of normal circumstances cuz they don't understand. Then they repeat it back to you and it's difficult at best to understand them. Very complicated. They should have a simpler solution to ordering us other than online if you don't have a capabilities of doing so up in the time being or whatever

Years ago, I loved Papa Johns meat lovers pizza. Now the crust is like a cookie dough, and the meat is just done. I had a craving for pizza. Papa Johns didn't fill it in anyway.

It was overall very dirty inside as well. Floors where not mopped and caked in dirt. Chefs area was nasty. So I got a bacon chicken pizza and some wings for pick up. Wings were alright but the pizza was thrown into the box a quarter of it was folded over I brush it off drive 40 minutes to my home to find out they didn't put grilled chicken and instead of bacon they put ham on the pizza it tasted like crap I called and the guy was rude and very unprofessional. There service was crap that manager cussed me out when I asked him if he wanted to drive the 40 minutes to my house to get me a new pizza I'll just stick to east of Chicago.

Pizza was exactly as expected. Everything was fine, I just didn't know that Door Dash was going to be delivering my order. I never order from places that use door dash as I have had bad experiences in the past with Door Dash. This time it was ok, but I will not be ordering from Papa John's in the future. Door Dash drivers sometimes have the nastiest person grooming and dirty vehicles. Not all. But I ended up throwing out sb entire order of food one time when I saw the driver from door dash and the inside of his car.

Poor product due to employees who made it. I was very let down on the 2 pizzas. One was thin crust and they even cut that like a normal pizza instead of square.

Got my food from here and food was tampered with, burnt, no sauce, and the nasty dirty receipt was laying on top of the food inside the box. When I called I said I would like a refund because I should call health dept he told me that he “ain’t gon’ deal with no threats” and basically told me to call the health department because he won’t help me now. His name was Hayandai or Yiyandai or something. So that’s what I will be doing. Calling corporate and the health department. If papa John’s is too hard for you maybe try waste management services. Couldn’t be more fitting.

Over the last few months there must’ve been some turnover or something, but 3 orders in a row the pizza was a disaster. This most recent one was undercooked, only half the pizza had stuffed crust, and the center dough thinned out so the cheese was directly touching the cardboard.Save your money and pass on this location.

Poor experience went to pick up order 1/9/2023 food was given away refused to remake, or replace. Had to drive to e. Market papa johns to reorder the same meal. Horrible experience manager on duty was horrible!!
