I have ordered from this papa John’s for years and I have never had a problem. I recently ordered from there and got their Oreo bites that doesn’t taste like Oreos at all. I gave some to my daughter who bit right into it to find plastic inside. I gave them feedback and had someone respond back to me. I was supposed to get a credit on my account (as of the 4th) and I have not received the credit as of today (the 14th). 10 days and no response or credit. If you would like food without plastic baked into its products, this is not the place for you.

Got the Grand Papa pizza and some cheesesticks. Ill start off by saying that everyone there was very freindly and it wasn't a bad experience by any means. I will be going back again as I enjoy their pizza and its always very quick and a good price. I tried a different pizza than normal and I just didn't enjoy it. It was over cooked and not a ton of sauce. The cheesesticks were also a little on the done side. I still ate it and it was ok, just not the best that I've had from there. I'll go back to my usual and be just fine.

The Shaqaronni pizza was bad. It tasted like someone dumped an entire container of Shaker cheese on it. The other thin crust pizza was so hard you couldn't eat the bottom crust.

id give this place a zero waited for a hour just for them to cancel our order then i call to talk to them they left me on hold for 20 mims and never re anwsered dont waste your time or money on this place zero stars all day

Was sitting at window for over 20 minutes and still waiting for a uber eats pickup . All because they have the inside closed at 9pm . Terrible service when we came to windows the dude just looked at us and walked outside to sit in his car . Worst service I’ve ever seen

They forgot the extra garlic butter paid for, and were slow to cook it this time. Usually no problems though. Edit, forgot the pepperoni this time. I'd say for any order other than cheese or plain pepperoni it's 50/50 something is missing or wrong.

Worst papa John’s service ever I placed an order on the app chose an option for delivery when I went back for track your order it said 1 hour delivery time so I called the store to see if I can pick up instead they put me on hold for first time 14 minutes and second time another 15 minutes still no answer

The people here have absolutely no clue what the hell they're doing. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and they gave me a cheese pizza. When I tried to get the order corrected they told me I never paid when I literally paid for and picked up this order 15 minutes ago. They wanted me to come back out and give them the old pizza and remake it instead of just giving me credit or something. Worthless. Never ordering from this location again unless they set this right.
Well this place turned ghetto after. Pizza was thin and falling apart. Gross. Also the service was pretty rude. Idk why they’d hire someone who doesn’t know how to even put on pants correctly.
