I ordered their pepperoni extra large pizza deal I put on for extra cheese so they deliver it as a cheese pizza and they don’t put the pepperoni on it. This is the first time I have eaten at Papa John’s for about four years. I remember their pizza being a good pizza but this was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had, it was just soggy nasty and I would probably never order from them again. I don’t know what changed.

We have ordered the gluten free crust pizza twice now, within a week. They get it done super fast, fresh, and it tastes great.
However both times we asked for extra cheese, and the cheese was still sparse and definitely not extra.

Manager Tyler was very kind and helpful to me.. when I had a issue with my order. It was cancelled then I replaced it.. again MY ORDER ARRIVED CAME ICE COLD..., it was Epic stuffed crust sausage extra sauce they never had put extra sauce on it it was dry TASTE like COLD DRY cardboard pizza... NO GARLIC BUTTER I EVEN PAID FOR EXTRA ONE... NO PEPERCINIS EITHER...SO I CALLED WHERE IS MY GARLIC BUTTERWHERES MY PEPPERS THE REP TAKEN CARE OF IT... AND SAID NEXT TIME I ORDER I WILL GET TWO EXTRA GARLIC BUTTERS AND PEPPERSPEOPLE!!!!,IF YOU JUST GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT THEY WILL..., THIS IS A HARD JOB IT CAN BE STRESSFUL.I PRAISE THIS PAPA JOHN'S FOR HELPING ME WITH MY ISSUE.

Got a delivery last night for a get together and the pizza showed up cold and burnt on the bottom. We tossed it and went with chicken from somewhere else. Called yhe next day and the manager (Pat I think) had an attitude and was rude. Gianino’s has my business from now on!
Do not work here or order from here. Staff doesn't care enough about employees or customers. They had me working sick sneezing and coughing all over the food but if I called off I would have been fired.

I ordered a XL New York pizza with additional toppings and spent over $31.00 and the pizza was cold and over cooked. I'm so disappointed with the management and the delivery. Beware I tried to get help with this situation and no one was able to help me. I'm going to continue to share this story until something is done to correct the problem.
