We keep coming back every few months, hoping that they will get it together. It's our Barberton Papa John's! But we seem to be disappointed again and again. The pizza wasn't made correctly AND it looked like it was cut by a child. Literally. The cookie was cut so unevenly, that it had 3 pieces small pieces that were barely big enough to be considered a servant size... Maybe bite-size! While the others were huge and uneven. The manager gave us 1/2 our money back but we are upset that we have to drive to other locations just to get good Papa John's.

Ordered 2 extra large. When I opened up the boxes they were looking small. They measured out measure 15” pies not 16” as advertised.

Food seems to have gone down hill a little. Crust the last couple times has been over cooked. And deliver takes forever anymore

Food wasn't bad they were just out of one of my items and I was told my whole pizza was refunded. It's been well over a week and I never received a refund. Other than that not bad

A driver delivered pizza and three of the four sodas he was supposed to deliver, stated that he would come back with the other soda, but never came back. Store will not answer phone.

So we got delivered the wrong order.. as soon as I realized I called them back. As I was explaining what was wrong they were already back in my driveway to give us our right pizza!! They also let us keep the other pizza!! You guys are on top of it!! Good job!

I think they ran out of pizza sauce. None on my pizza and no side cups of pizza sauce that I paid for
I ordered their pepperoni extra large pizza deal I put on for extra cheese so they deliver it as a cheese pizza and they don’t put the pepperoni on it. This is the first time I have eaten at Papa John’s for about four years. I remember their pizza being a good pizza but this was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had, it was just soggy nasty and I would probably never order from them again. I don’t know what changed.

We have ordered the gluten free crust pizza twice now, within a week. They get it done super fast, fresh, and it tastes great.
However both times we asked for extra cheese, and the cheese was still sparse and definitely not extra.
