Why is there only one piece of pepperoni on a piece of pizza? There's 4 tiny pieces of mushrooms on one piece as well. Might as well order a cheese pizza!

Some places are more than just restaurants… they’re memories.

Growing up, Parasson’s Italian Restaurant was the spot for special occasions. Birthdays, celebrations, family dinners — if it was important, we were probably eating there. And to this day, it’s still my favorite pizza from back then. There was just something about the sauce and that bread that hit different.

Over the years I assumed they were all gone… until a coworker told me there was still one near his house. So of course we had to make the trip and bring the family to see if it was as good as we remembered.

And the verdict?
It absolutely was.

Same great pizza. Same amazing flavor. Same feeling walking in. It instantly brought back all those memories from growing up.

Places like that are rare. I’m really glad Parasson’s is still around, and even though it’s about an hour drive for us, it’s 100% worth it.

Safe to say… we’ll definitely be back.

I had a Tony Special for the first time in over a decade and it tastes just like it did when I was a child, bravo! The meat was tender, pinkish, savory and well seasoned. I will definitely be eating here again!
