Food came out quick.
Fries and lemonade were very fresh.
Last time I'll be coming to this location. Parking is always a problem which is ridiculous because there's plenty but they constantly have the parking lots roped off. For no reason that I can see. So after you drive around trying to park for 5 to 10 mins you get cold food and rude service. Employee talking loud and clear about customers. If I hadn't already paid for my food since I ordered online, I would have left it there.
I rarely share my experiences because I think that this platform can be used in malicious ways (and mostly is, if we’re being honest) but I have to give it to this team. Being an owner operator is one of the hardest pursuits in the foodservice sector and the gentleman who owns, fronts, cooks, cleans and does everything else imaginable for his space has his day completely figured out. As I sit here and eat, he’s mopping the floor. What’s next? Now he’s on the grill. After that? I’m sure bookwork, catering, scheduling, ordering, inventory, cost analysis (get the picture?) kudos to you sir. Grind on.
I've had four subs at this Penn Station, and they've all been excellent. I always get the same thing (warm Dagwood). Ingredients and bread are always fresh and delicious
The food was fresh and tasted as good as it looked. The staff was friendly and efficient.
So got an itallian sub today. Disappointment . Bread not toasted and under cooked. Poorly put together. The only good thing was the person cleaning the grill. Don't think I will be going back. $10 for a sub and I ate left over pizza instead. What does that tell you?🤬😤😡😡
