Large selection of Bourbons, decent selection of ryes,restaurants, on the shelves but not listed on the menu. Food selections were OK but the lamb burger was very good. Pour sizes vary depending on how premium the whiskey, with lower-end whiskies having larger pours, despite charging different prices. Had Qita as a bartender and she was good.

What an awesome surprise! Traveling from Dallas we were looking for a late night meal and we're headed to Buffalo Wild Wings. However,when we went into BWW it was clear they were not going to be serving any more food even though they were open for another hour! We walked out and noticed a pizza place across the street. Crossing the street, I noticed a dimly lit door front with a sign that said bourbon burgers and minority owned. Walked straight to the door hoping the kitchen wasn't closed and noticed immediately that I was definitely was the minority. Haha. The fabulous girl behind the bar told us to sit down and she'd be over in a sec. I asked if the burgers were good. She said we actually are known for how good our burgers are. You're not going to have to twist my arm on that one. I ordered the bourbon burger with the bourbon barbecue sauce. But she recommended the new barbecue sauce that is more of a Mediterranean type I think she said. I travel all over and have sought out a good burger in so many different cities and states and I have to tell you this was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. The bacon was crispy and plentiful. The bun was toasted and hot. The thickness of the patty was perfect and cooked exactly right. I wasn't sure what onion leaves were but they are like onion rings but not rings and the batter on them was amazing. It wasn't greasy, it wasn't dry. The fries were perfectly done and had just the right amount of seasoning. And their new barbecue sauce was absolutely fantastic. They seriously need to bottle it and sell it. If I am ever back in town again I guarantee you I will come back here to eat. Everyone was kind, food was perfect and the prices were just right. Thank you for being open late and having a nice clean safe place to have a meal.

Stopped in for a cocktail and appetizer after work and will definitely be back! Had a tequila old fashioned that has now become my new favorite drink and the fried green tomatoes were delicious as well! Everyone was really friendly and service was phenomenal!
I was highly disappointed in this establishment! I’ve been here before a few times when I come to town. Was also disappointed when I found out their original chef (Alan) left! Now the food quality and preparation is low grade!! Not to mention when we walked in no acknowledgment! Found seats at the bar.. sat there for approximately 15 minutes before given a menu or took our drink order(water,soft drink, etc. ) was going to order an adult beverage but figure didn’t want it after so long of waiting! Probably need more staff bc the bartender was busy and the girl bartender well she had her favorites she was engaged in! The wings took forever I only had like 5 or six didn’t order nothing but 2 orders of wings! It was two of us! It was over cooked as well to hard to eat, I got it to go and threw it away, was a waste of money! Smh 🤦🏽♀️ I love to support but I don’t think this is where I’ll be returning in the near future! Just sadly disappointed 😢

Probably the worst bar I’ve ever been to. It took forever and a day to get a menu. It then took another eternity to order a drink, which was pretty good! I probably would have liked another but the service was so awful, nor was I ever asked was I ok? Did I need anything? How’s everything? NOTHING! Food was ordered it wasn’t to bad. After flagging the waitress another time to get my check, after 20 minutes of waiting, I had to get up to pay for my check. No apology! No nothing! Poorest Customer Service I’ve ever experienced! I’ll never in Akron again! The waitresses were clueless and brain dead! They need training bad! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The food was ok at best. A lot of black places put gratuity on the bill. It's not that kinda place for that at all btwThat's either for a large party (which its to small to accommodate a large party)or 5 star places that do that ( still rare then)and they give you an experience for this and this was a huge turn off for mediocre food. Tips are earned, not guaranteed. This is a bar, and adding gratuity to the bill is horrible for a 2-star place. This place wouldn't even be my top 20 restaurants. They need to calm down.
