First time visiting but Pitchfork has been on my list since opening. Given the Farmer's Rail track record, my expectations were set for a great experience and the team did not disappoint! Everything was exceptional, service, atmosphere and especially the food. Starting with my Black Walnut Manhattan, continuing with amazingly unique appetizers, to the taste bud satisfaction of the main course, I am looking forward to my next visit.

Service is good food not so much.Runny Brie with hard strips of bacon. Yuck. and Beef tips… with Ohio pasta not so good. Rather tasteless and beef tough.. apps were not so great .. so decided on no dinners… would not recommend.. drinks were mediocre … martinis not good.. full of ice chunks…super loud .. not an atmosphere worth the time or money.. disappointing… won’t be back.Too loud . Atmosphere lacking

My husband and I ordered the fish. It was so salty we could barely eat it. Will not be returning.

I’ve been looking forward to trying Pitchfork since it opened and finally had the chance to dine there yesterday. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The service was extremely slow, the food was just okay, and the value wasn’t there ($80 for one person without alcohol). It was not made clear by the waitress that the fries I ordered did not come with my entree and would be an additional $8. The mocktail I ordered was subpar, containing mostly ice and lacked flavor. The 3% credit card surcharge was the icing on the cake. While I will say the atmosphere and decor were great, my overall experience didn’t leave me with a desire to return.

The food was excellent. Good atmosphere. Customer service was good. I ordered a cocktail that I was hoping tasted as good as it looked. But I definitely will go back!!!

All of my experiences at Pitchfork have been excellent. It's not just dinner out, it's an experience every time. I love the patio for lunch and the lounge for dinner. Shrimp cocktail is worth the money, if you're a shrimp cocktail kinda person. The fries are hands down the best fries in Northeast Ohio, maybe anywhere. Treat yourself to a perfect steak and fries, you won't regret it. P.S. Don't skip dessert, the torta is rich and decadent with just a touch of sweetness.

Terribly small parking lot with not enough spots to park and nothing adjacent to the restaurant to park in forces you to use their valet all of which set the wrong tone right off the bat. Next, the ambiance was not great as we were seated in a shared space with a coffee shop that was dimly lit and felt like we were sitting in a hallway. Finally, two of our meals were cool, one overcooked, and one was fine. The entire experience left us shaking our heads. The Bath-Richfield area has the clientele to support a nicer restaurant that can get it right yet this is just another example of a restaurant that cannot. And so we continue to live in our culinary desert hoping someday someone get's it right.

Food was excellent, had the cheesesteak and the garlic rosemary fries are superb. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. Was her for lunch with coworkers and the atmosphere was inviting

Atmosphere was good however given the menu you'd think it would be more laid back and quiet but pleasantly it's the opposite and it's a bustling place. Unique setup going on and has an oyster bar inside even! Tvs with sports and a rather well trained staff make the flow of the entire business nearly perfect from the outside standpoint. The only complaint is that the walls and floor and ceilings make it very loud with lots of people everything echos and is hard to hear someone next to you at time. Food was outstanding portion size is worth the money paid at the end of the day. It speaks for itself.
