Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza place, mainly because of their consistency in their product. This time was drastically different than my typical experience, but was also my first time ordering from this location.
Ordered pickup of two pizzas and a two sets of wings. The basil pesto drizzle pizza was missing the drizzle, the mushroom pizza had almost no sauce, cheese, or mushrooms (to the point that there were about two inches of crust). The pizza was only cut deeply enough to cut the cheese, so we had to tear the entire pizza apart. The lemon pepper wings had a layer of lemon pepper caked onto the bottom of the container and none on the wings. Went to look at the receipt to see if they even got the order right but it was covered in so much grease it was unreadable.
I read some of the most recent reviews on here and read that it was hard to get in touch with management at the store level and that they're rude and hang up on customers when people do get through... So I thought maybe we could use the online chat to see if I could talk to someone! It says there are no reps are available at 7pm on a Wednesday.
What is going on with this place? I feel like I just got pranked. Which I wouldn't mind if I didn't spend $30+ dollars to do so.

Our delivery is 2 hours late, still not here. After calling 4 times, finally got an answer and told that it was being door dashed and would be here in 20 minutes. Hour later still waiting, the chat on pizza Hut was absolutely no help. Can't even see the order online anymore. This is absolutely ridiculous

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered 2 wings, 2 fries, a salad, and donut bites (~$40) for delivery. A door dasher ended up delivering it and we only received the wings and 1 thing of fries. Contacted the driver first and he said that was all he was given and the store cancelled some of the order. So, we tried calling the store MULTIPLE times and ended up talking to the call center who transferred me to the location. Never got an answer and waited for 20+ mins multiple times. Gave up and drove to the store, where we were told they don’t even have salad. So why was I charged for it??? The worker was nice and gave us extra fries to make up for it and we did get the donut bites. But overall an awful experience because why does the website not have accurate info and why does no one answer the phone? I don’t appreciate wasting money.

It was a nice place the I only talked to one staff member but they were friendly. I’m not sure why the inside dining was closed but it’s not that big of a deal. I got a melt and it was really good expecially with the butter sauce

Got pizza for a DnD session. Great prices made it easy to buy enough to feed 7 adults for under $40
Horrible. They got multiple items wrong. Extremely irritating, but these things happen. I called them so they could make things right... The phone number connects to a call center not the store. I explained my complaint, they put me on hold. SEVEN minutes later I'm connected to the actual store. I explain my issue. The manager is rude, dismissive. I can't think of another person in customer service that has been as rude as her. Not only refuses to make good but has the audacity to state that I would need to come into the store if I wanted a refund for their errors. Unprofessional. Don't order Pizza Hut. If you must order Pizza Hut, don't order from this Pizza Hut.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was supposed to have double pepperoni and had 0 pepperoni. The wings were supposed to be hot and medium and were mild and medium. When called to get the right food, the manager said the only thing they can do is refund in 3 to 5 days if we take the food to the store. This was delivery. Worst customer service ever. Never ordering from here again.

So they passed my order onto a door dash driver who never delivered my food and wouldn't answer the phone, then put me on hold for over an hour when I tried calling the store. Now they won't even answer the phone. I want my $70 back.
