Horrible. They got multiple items wrong. Extremely irritating, but these things happen. I called them so they could make things right... The phone number connects to a call center not the store. I explained my complaint, they put me on hold. SEVEN minutes later I'm connected to the actual store. I explain my issue. The manager is rude, dismissive. I can't think of another person in customer service that has been as rude as her. Not only refuses to make good but has the audacity to state that I would need to come into the store if I wanted a refund for their errors. Unprofessional. Don't order Pizza Hut. If you must order Pizza Hut, don't order from this Pizza Hut.
So they passed my order onto a door dash driver who never delivered my food and wouldn't answer the phone, then put me on hold for over an hour when I tried calling the store. Now they won't even answer the phone. I want my $70 back.

They do not work well with door dash- my order never came and was never reimbursed. Then when I called I was transferred to the wrong store… can I ask why in the heck Pizza Hut has a call center. Good luck talking to someone local

No one called to check my address no one made sure me had silverware or plates napkins etc our food looked like it sat out all day no Alfredo sauce in sight looked extra burnt which usually happens when they don’t add enough sauce! Only thing worth buying from this location is the pops/sodas

Wow this place or should I say it's Mgr is a Disgrace. Not only to Pizza Hut and the local franchise that opens it owns it, but to all customer service. People the absolutely rude. Yelling at a customer because their customer's order was completely wrong. They had phone numbers. You know you dial that tell you that these are recorded lines and it's easy to verify what was actually said. They delivered it to the wrong place completely the other side of town and then the Porter was wrong on. Top of it, they put me on hold. Then they never came back on hold when I did get put out your call from another line. While that 1 was on hold, they basically pick up and drop the phone right back down. When the manager came on the line, she just yelled at me that they were so busy. Let me tell you about busy. I'm a 40 year veteran of food service. I ran some of the highest volume stores. Pizza shops in the country. My last store in Philadelphia. We sold 600 pizzas between 5 and 8 o'clock. I was a franchise manager. The year I was a multi award-winning manager. And what I find is absolutely appalling in this situation. And they record those conversations for training and news and whatever they're training and what not. They need to listen to their conversations both from when it will. Was ordered and from each call that was made. I may have told them. I was angry and I wouldn't just speak to somebody at the store. And each time that they hung up on me. I called back and progressively did get angrier. But I never called anybody names as I was accused of and I may have raised my voice but I never yelled at anybody. This manager is a disgrace. Pizza needs to investigate these phone calls. I'd be happy to provide them with your ticket. I'd be happy to provide them with the information on the exact time of each calls. Never does any customer deserve. The attitude and the garbage that I just went through 2 hours for a building. That is literally on 200 yd. Down the street on the other side of the street sent to the other side of the town.The order is not the order.I ordered and yet I'm the villain.Put this place out of business

Burned my food and then didn’t offer any type of compensation. I am disabled and don’t drive they told me I’d have to find a way to come back there to get my food. Horrible service I will not be ordering from here, and I order here once a week.

EAST MARKET PIZZA HUT. 👎👎👎
Placed an order in online. I was there a minute before it was due to be ready/. It was cold and old. Pan crust was limp. Spotty on the cheese. Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever got from a Pizza Hut. It’s not fit for human consumption. Maybe the pizza maker should spend less time on her phone texting and making sure customers get what they are paying for and expecting: The woman who answered the phone could care less about the pizza. Said I could bring it back if nothing was missing: I had a small slice on way home that wasn’t hitting the spot! Tasted off and lukewarm. My bf had 1/4 of a slice and chucked it back into the box and said he wasn’t eating it. It’s looks old,it tasted old and it’s going to a homeless persons tummy. I won’t order from this location ever again. Horrible customer service and horrible pizza.A manager is suppose to diffuse a situation and make things right. She wanted a whole pizza probably to pass on to another poor customer. How do you know it’s a crappy pizza until you taste it,lady!? I had two restaurants in a busy tourist town and I know better! You need a new job. Management is not in your wheelhouse. Pizza pic may give impression that it was hot and fresh? It was NOT. Try lukewarm and cooked maybe a hour ago! Hard (room temp) minimal cheese and a limp pan crust. You could taste the OLD pizza flavor! It was fried,died and laid to the side as we say in the business. Never again

Chicken Alfredo didn't have any sauce. On it it taste like noodles and cheese
Never received my order for 30$ , & still no one is responding to me about a refund or anything.

Pizza hut will mess up your delivery and not include items you ordered and when you call they tell you to go kick rocks and hang up on you

It looked like there was only one guy working when we pulled through, but he was very pleasant and gave exceptional service. Even brought the pizza to our truck! Above and beyond! Thank you. The pizza was pretty good too.

Poor service. It doesn't take an hour to deliver food
Pizza Hut delivered this burnt pizza tonight and expected me to drive in to return it for a replacement. To return a pizza that was delivered defeats the purpose of even having it delivered in the 1st place. Do better.

We ordered our pizza and 45 minutes later wondering why our pizza hasn't arrived so we call we find out our pizza was dropped off downstairs at the front desk didn't even notify us that our pizza was there... somebody else ate our pizza that we paid for... so, I call...the response I got was, " the only thing I can do is relay the message" I told her, " well then I'll have to call the main office for Pizza Hut and do something about this" she says, " okay, thank you " and hangs up. wow! Appalled and late for work. She didn't even seem sorry or try to fix the problem... 15 min later, still cannot find our pizza.
The driver was amazing and it wasn't his fault.. fixed our problem and we gave him extra for being such a wonderful Young man. The lady who answered the phone when I called... Needs to learn customer relations.
