Absolute trash quality and service. They will send you a notification your food was delivered, even when it wasnât. After you call them, theyâll tell you itâs on the way and give you a location 2-3 minutes away and 20-25 minutes later you still wonât have your food. When you do get your order itâll be cold and rock hard. Total time was 1 minute shy of an hour to get a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. On par with West Akron quality I suppose.

I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with no bacon.And I stressed no bacon, And they put bacon on it anyway, I'm tired of restaurants in my neighborhood, With sub par service, can't have nothing, Every time I go to this location. They messed something up. Order food is nasty. After today I'm done with Pizza Hut. In all their location, And that says a lot coming from me pizza is my favorite.

I received cold food after dealing with a passive aggressive attitude from Twyla. Because I was on my lunch break 8pm -820pm I could not return to get a new order. Essentially I paid my money for poor service and no food. I will never patronize there again.
