I received cold food after dealing with a passive aggressive attitude from Twyla. Because I was on my lunch break 8pm -820pm I could not return to get a new order. Essentially I paid my money for poor service and no food. I will never patronize there again.

EDIT 4/12/2024 for experience 4/6/2024: & 4/12/2024.I ordered $44 worth of food and delivery fees After I ordered, I looked at the order and it had the delivery address of the Pizza Hut not my address. Somehow my profile address was changed to the Pizza Hut. So I changed it back to my address and called them to correct for the delivery. They said they didn't have my order and to call the one on W Market Street. I called them and they didn't have my order and said that Copley Road was screwing with me. I called them back and the person was very rude and said that they canceled my order. They said I should order pickup.I tried again today. 4/12/2024. Made sure my profile had my address. Door Dash delivered to the Pizza Hut even after I texted my address as talked to the delivery guy. HE said he did his job and wouldn't drive another 3 minutes to me. I guess he's right.Now I have to wait until it posts to my credit card to cancel the charge.PREVIOUS: Order was correct and on time.
