EDIT 4/12/2024 for experience 4/6/2024: & 4/12/2024.I ordered $44 worth of food and delivery fees After I ordered, I looked at the order and it had the delivery address of the Pizza Hut not my address. Somehow my profile address was changed to the Pizza Hut. So I changed it back to my address and called them to correct for the delivery. They said they didn't have my order and to call the one on W Market Street. I called them and they didn't have my order and said that Copley Road was screwing with me. I called them back and the person was very rude and said that they canceled my order. They said I should order pickup.I tried again today. 4/12/2024. Made sure my profile had my address. Door Dash delivered to the Pizza Hut even after I texted my address as talked to the delivery guy. HE said he did his job and wouldn't drive another 3 minutes to me. I guess he's right.Now I have to wait until it posts to my credit card to cancel the charge.PREVIOUS: Order was correct and on time.

Thank you to Copley Rd Pizza Hut. Tonight when we ordered, our delivery driver accidentally brought the wrong order. When we called, the lady working told us what had happened. She corrected the order, sent it back out and we got the order that was delivered to us as well. So we got double the order and they made sure our correct order was sent out. Thank you so much!!

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in many years. Food tasted just as good as I remembered! Fast, friendly delivery too. Didn’t know drivers were contracted through DoorDash until after I ordered, so I was a little nervous at first. Would definitely order from here again!
