Ordered a cheesy bite pizza never got the first 1driver said wrng address was given,I called pizza hut said the right address is on there,so they sent another pizza I never got that 1 either the driver again said the same thing I'm pissed off.I called in your are closed I didn't have a problem ordering before but won't order from y'all ever AGAIN!!!I WANT A FULL REFUND FORGET THE PIZZA!!!my kids went to sleep hungry because of y'all mistake

Ordered delivery at 10:03 p.m. Expected delivery at 10:33 p.m. It's now 11:02 p.m. and no pizza and no update. AND one of the call center people lied and told us it was being delivered. Why lie to us? Just say it's not coming and we were taken advantage of. Not only did we spend $45 for nothing. We've also called 5+ times to just be kept on hold. We couldn't even cancel our order as there was no way to get a hold of anyone. Never ordering here again. We will get our money back but I'm just so disappointed.

I must say. I ordered a pizza on 1-26-25 which was a super supreme pizza and it was not cooked well and ingredients were missing. I called today and was given a replacement pizza no charge. No questions asked. Blessed and grateful for the correction. The new pizza was perfect!

Attempted to order a pizza today 1/22/25 and was essentially outright refused service. Only one man working (who I felt bad for, he looked like he was giving his all). Pizza wasn't at all ready near the promised time because he was so far behind. I was forced to abandon my dinner plans and go elsewhere. I will NEVER return to any of the Hut locations unless they make this right. I wasted my time and fuel for something they knew was impossible due to their lack of staffing. That is absolutely not my problem/ issue. Enjoy the irrelevance you've been working so hard to attain.

The wings were a lot better than I remember. The customer service is outstanding. I haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in years and now I am back in.
I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house. A Hawaiian pizza. And they sent me a pizza with green stuff, cheese, and chicken. I didn't order that. I specified what I wanted. When I called the store to report it, please give me the correct pizza. The supervisor told me that there were no pizzas with only ham, pineapple, and cheese. That all Hawaiian pizzas were served with chicken, a green thing. I had never heard that in my life. An arrogant, uneducated person. How is it possible that they treat me like that? Bad, bad, bad experience. I will never, ever buy anything from Lizza Hut again.

I haven't been to PH in a few years so I thought I'd give it a go again and we were surprised at the service and the product which with "top shelf". We've just been getting frozen pizzas for the past five years and pretty much gave up on pizza joints (bread and tomato paste) with no taste, but, our experiance was great and we will be returning. Thanks for re- kindling our enthusiasm for pizza!
