The woman had a real nasty attitude with me from jump for no reason treated her with nothing but respect. She forgot my fry and ranch’s then caught a attitude as if I was lying about it, then basically threw my fries and extra ranch’s at me saying here’s your extra free stuff then slammed the window in my face with my kids in the car.

Ordered almost $60 worth of food tonight from the s main st store they sent it out on doordash because they can't keep any kind of drivers because they low pay their drivers hence why I left Pizza Hut hence why my aunt left Pizza Hut and work somewhere else I think they should go about selling back the hall rich because at least when they were all rich we were paid decent the food would always be on time and would never send out on doordash it's sad I have twins and two other children plus my wife and I to feed and it took this doordash driver almost 45 minutes to find my address and the food is cold I don't want to remake I don't want another time I want a refund that's it make it happy and I'm going to start taking my business somewhere else or I'm going to get all my family together and I'm going to have 30 to 100 people come on here and rate your guys's store and drop you down to one star I'm done I'm done ordering from the store it's always an issue they never want to work anything out especially when it's almost a $60 freaking order

The head of this store engaged in inaccurate reporting, wage fraud, deceit, and cruelty under my observation. The store is filthy inside 🤢—they use a sanitizing high temp machine in place of the 3-tub sink to PROPERLY clean and sanitize equipment 🧼❌. The tight-knit staff are both disengaged and slovenly 🙄. No beard nets to prevent gross scraggly beards from ending up in the food 🍴.

Limited menu options 🍔 at this location. The site manager and franchise owner don't seem motivated to compel the shopping center owner to fix the sewage problem 🏚️, which has been ongoing for YEARS—likely made worse by the manager’s failure to clean properly. This stinky issue impacts all businesses in the plaza as it STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN when the dish sanitizer is used incorrectly 💨.

The real estate property owner might say it’s the HUT’s fault—well, it is, and it lies squarely at the feet of the unprincipled manager, Ms. Heid 👎. Want proof? Check the dish racks—caked with spongey cheese and likely years of mold 🧴. So disgusting and fixable with elbow grease 💪, but the staff won’t even try.

Proper hand-washing protocol? Not followed 🙅‍♀️. No beard netting, and one manager regularly vapes nicotine in the food prep area 😤. They don’t use security cams or even monitor their teams 👀.

Trash is scattered all around the plaza 🏙️, and pizza shop debris litters the area 🍕. They don’t ensure the safety of employees taking trash out after dark 🌙—especially concerning for young women seeking work 👩‍💼. They don't care about your safety.

For online orders, it routes to the closest location, usually the one on Manchester RD🛍

To Bluegrass corporate: It’s time to reassess this franchise. A deep cleaning, new management, and adherence to proper protocols could restore this location’s reputation. The community and your employees deserve better. This location has potential, but without serious changes, it risks becoming a detriment to the brand’s name.

This always happens having my orders messed up at every pizza hut location I go to. I asked for LIGHT sauce, they put extra sauce on it. It was overpowering and extremely sweet. Disgusting. Then the cookie was to the point of being burnt.

I usually don’t have issues with this location but this time my pizza was raw. I give them a pass because I did order 30 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday so I feel for them. Hopefully that’s the reason why it was the way it was.
