Don't over food after 6pm of you'll have beard hair baked into your pizza . I reported it and nothing was ever done . Nothing like spending $80 and having to trash the food.

Me and my wife ordered pizza yesterday and the food got to the house in great time however the delivery driver was insisting that he was not already tipped which I know he was and tried to get a 2nd tip when he was tipped when I placed the initial order.

Long waits and really bad food. I usually order extra cheese on my pizzas. I always get more sauce than cheese. This time I decided to try a pepperoni one to see if they did better. The picture attached should show how much these people care. A Digiorno frozen pizza looks more appetizing than what I received. On top of that their bad pizzas are not even cheap. Also, the culprit is always this location.

I placed an order hour and a half went by I called they said it was delivered 30 minutes ago. Come to find out my order was left on my doorstep, on one knocked or anything, my food was cold, & the only thing the store offered was to put a complaint in with door dash.Door dash? I didn’t place my order with door dash! Then she explained that’s the 3rd party they use for their delivery. Nooo thank you I don’t order from door Dash for that particular reason. & for the manger working this shift need to work on their customer service skills she was not friendly at all, didn’t even have the decency to offer to replace our food that was sitting outside for over 30 minutes getting cold

I usually don't order pizzahut because its usually Terrible but I figured its been a while and would give them another chance.... I shouldn't have over half our food was burnt beyond edible I cant believe they would let stuff like this go out the door.

The manager is super rude ! I feel bad for her employees. I was very nice to her. I called because my card was charged 5 times for a online order. Also they don’t follow instructions when you tell them please no knocking to leave the order at the door because I was sick and my dogs go crazy when people knock. He kept knocking, I asked him through the door three times to please leave it at the door. He had headphones in. My dog ended up escaping out the door when I answered the door. He could have been hit by a car. I had to run after him while being sick and it was just embarsssing very stressful.

My pasta was burnt and wasn’t filled all the way up. My cheesy bread was also burnt and cold, and the pizza wasn’t warm at all and I order and drink and was told by the driver they didn’t have my in stock so they sent me a different one and still charged me even tho it wasn’t the product I order just to for fill an order…
