Ordered via Uber eats. Was supposed to be buy one get one free sandwich, only one was included. Ordered shrimp with cocktail sauce, there was no sauce included. Asked for utensils got none. All around fail. This is why I never order from here and won't again.

After going to Popeyes for many many years, I had just stopped because the food was just awful. But today I went it was a whole different experience when I got home the food was on point Y'all at the Howsrd Street location in Akron still have to work on the time that we have to wait for the food but other than that I have no complaints not today A few months ago, I would've gave you a minus star. Today you get a five Keep up the good work, not work on the times. The people have to wait.

Went there to get something thr employee said I need to get it online so I tried to door dash it but for some reason the store was doing something where all the dashers canceled the order and I tried to get a refund but door dash will only give me back $2 because apparently Popeyes has accepted me order and started "Making it" when it's been dam over 1 hour and 20 mins

Attempted to visit today Saturday 2/8 and was outright refused service. Walked into the lobby around 10:35am. Was told "we're not ready and won't be until around 11am". Um, what? Your sign is clearly wrong then. In that case, you clearly don't open until 11. Will be reporting to corporate, the BBB, and the attorney general. Enjoy irrelevance!

The store manager was outstanding in dealing with a previous order that was not right. She was so customer-focused wanted to lift up her outstanding service. Ashley represented the organization in such an outstanding way!

I just wanted to leave a review to say I have been to this location a few times myself my husband has been there multiple times over the last 10 years he is also a 20-year employee of the Carol's franchise which owns the Popeyes that this is and the behavior of the employees here and the way they conduct themselves is not I repeat IS NOT The policy of the Carol's franchise and we are both disgusted by the way they act and have turned them in twice that we know of so far to try to get their behavior changed we do not like it we cannot stand it and we are trying to do what we can to change the attitude of the employees the quality of the food and the way that the store is maintained but as of right now if not been able to get much done but I do want to let the public know that if you come to a Popeyes this is not the way it is normally is please go down to the Popeyes on Arlington and get your food there it is much better the staff is better there and the player much more polite and much more accommodating this store is not an example of the way that Popeyes conducts itself or Carol's engine please do not hold it against them And please do not take your business elsewhere because of the way the people in the store act we apologize thoroughly for any and all bad experiences that you may have at the store and we are doing our best as employees at the Carol's family to try to get this turned around we are devastated ourselves and are doing what we can because we don't like seeing this and it embarrasses us because this is not the way we have our experiences with this company so please take your business to another Carol's company a Burger King another Popeyes here in Akron or something like that please don't let it turn you away thank you
