Food: Very classic southern cooking, the chicken is spicy and delicious, the cajun fries complement the chicken well and the Mac & Cheese is very tasty. The food reminds me of my mother's cooking tbh! The wings are smaller than I would've liked. Service: A tad on the slow side and needed to request for cups, but they seemed to have something going that was slowing them down. Nice character tbh. Atmosphere: Wonderful character and design. Definitely coming back!

Management here needs fired and should never be in a leadership role. Has no customer service doesn’t know how to de-escalate a situation. The inside is disgusting they wear the same gloves and touch everything but A broom to sweep up the mess. The drive thru which in any fast business that should make the most sales is always closed, they want you to come inside and see the filth. Management can’t get it together the general manager is joke and can’t run a successful business keyword is successful! Not to mention the employees lack a lot of training. No one made them work here if they don’t like they job get a new one simple! Just shut them down and try again ! This store makes the Popeyes brand look bad.

I went to the one on Arlington. The inside is never opened and it take a long time in the Drive thru. When you can finally get an order in the food is usually good. The service is always horrible for the most part. They always never have at least one thing I want. I went one day and they didn't have change and wanted me to order more food. They need to shut this one down and start over with a custom friendly atmosphere.

Horrible service. They never have staff to man drive-thru and there is never any signage to indicate drive-thru is not open, so customers are subjected to just sitting there until they realize no one is going to take an order. This Popeye at Talmage and Howard is pathetic. They might as well close.
The store workers are lazythey closed at 10 pm but store hour is by 11 bad bad customer service ever

Popeyes North Howard street would not recommend! Worst customer service I have ever experienced The two female closing managers are very unprofessional and out of line screaming and cussing at two separate customers in the time that I was there. They simply can not run a shift to save there life they had 5 or 6 employees working and still couldn't get it together. They were jumping from task to task with out getting getting any of the orders actually completed. I was there for over 40 minutes and they had a whole lobby full of customers also waiting just as long. They had terrible customer service skills. And didn't not act as a manager should when it comes to customer service instead of de-escalating a situation they both hyped it up. Those two women need to be fired.
