8:02 pm 3/16/2025 they were out of everything, they said through the drive thru, I wanted 8 piece family dinner they said all they have is thighs,then I ask for 6 piece wings they were out of wings,so I ask for shrimp basket sorry no seafood,second Sunday now they are out of everything we drive all the way from North Canton to eat here

I had to pick up an delivery order here a few weeks ago. Everything was fine except for the fact that the employees refused to give the customer their receipt for the order. It indicates to me that there might be some robbery behind the counter at this place.

Place closes at 8PM, it’s absurd. How bad could this place really be?! I don’t think this city is under Marshall law but what do I know?

Didn’t have anything that I ordered. Just gave me what they wanted me to have and sealed the bag. Manager did try to make it right, but come on.

This location please avoid! Horrible customer service. Staff just standing around not filling orders nor repeating order when ordering before telling you your total and when you have a issue with said order you are treated like you did something wrong from the manager on down needs a course on customer service skills. I don't see this location lasting too much longer with this quality of service. They charge 25 cents for honey for biscuits make you wait til order is complete to give you your drinks and provide no utensils nor napkins in the bag. This location acts like it's a privilege to come to this location. Customer beware you never know what is gonna go down at this location. If you don't believe me take a chance you will see.

Big fan of Popeyes. Stopped in during an afternoon rush and the manager and crew were awesome! Got everyone’s orders out and food was hot and fresh. Great team! Thanks y’all!
