this place was horrible I got no biscuits I ordered the 8 piece chicken dinner all I got was wings and breast never eating at this place again HORRIBLE!!!

The staff at this location really could use an attitude adjustment because customer service is definitely not their forte. They act as if they’re doing someone a favor taking their money.What they fail to realize or simply don’t give a damn is my will spend anywhere. The entire staff needs to be terminated and replaced with someone who is more respectful and displays some professionalism! I will definitely not be returning. KFC here I come!

Customer service is terrible here. Their tone of voice is not welcoming and kind of yelling at the customers. They kept the customer awaiting although we were ready to order the food and the line was not busy at all. I guess this will be our first and last time that we will visit the place.

8:02 pm 3/16/2025 they were out of everything, they said through the drive thru, I wanted 8 piece family dinner they said all they have is thighs,then I ask for 6 piece wings they were out of wings,so I ask for shrimp basket sorry no seafood,second Sunday now they are out of everything we drive all the way from North Canton to eat here

I had to pick up an delivery order here a few weeks ago. Everything was fine except for the fact that the employees refused to give the customer their receipt for the order. It indicates to me that there might be some robbery behind the counter at this place.
