Didn't even get food, just attitude. They were out of chicken. How?

I walked inside just now sat down and within 10 seconds some lady from behind the counter yelled at me and said "excuse me you can't sit down in here". I didn't even have time to open the app and even decide what I wanted to eat. I also recently had brain surgery and I get dizzy very often. I normally love Popeyes chicken but the atmosphere and service ruined my appetite. Highly disappointed and concerned as too what the staff does to your food if this is the way they treat customers who just walked in.

Went to Popeyes today 4/16/24, I got a 4 piece chicken combo, asked for dark meat and got white meat which was dry. My biscuit was soggy because the juice from the jalapeño peppers spilled on it. The service was actually decent this time but I can’t say the same for the food! I guess you only get one or the other (good food or good service) take your pick! Definitely wasn’t worth $19.83

Every time i go here they always forget something and this time not only did they forget my Mac n cheese, there was plastic in it when i went back to get the order right. Also the tenders here are always skinny as if they fried a snake instead of chicken

Dining room and drive thru both closed at 11:30 in the afternoon! All workers outside smoking and I can guarantee they didn't wash their hands when they went back in! Gross and disgusting! First and last time to this location!
