I love their food! The staff is always friendly and efficient. I just wish the restaurant was open for dine in service again. And I am sad that someone said they are closing. I hope that is not true! They have THE. BEST. Carrot cake!

I’ve been a customer for about the last 10 years and they’re not usually my first choice but convenient. As of recently their corned beef has been very bland and not enjoyable. Highly recommend going to Hanini off Brittain road, NEVER disappoints. (food, service, etc.)

On 10/30/25 I purchased a pastrami on rye to support a small business that I felt nostalgic about. For $15 I received 2 slices of stale bread with scraps of pastrami not one whole slice on my sandwich.

Place is pretty run down and ratty, sandwich was mediocre, should have just gone to Subway.
It's real nice when a business let's you know where they stand by putting a huge TRUMP sticker right where you pay.

Best Subway sandwich in the Akron area no longer doing inside seating grab a sub head over to Wolf Creek winery buy a bottle of wine and enjoy the scenery
I heard about this place and thought I would give it a try. Sign out front says #1 sub akron. #1 of what? I ordered the best selling hot Italian. I didn't realize they were going to grill the meats. It seemed rather greasy from frying. Was loaded with both red and white onions had to strip them off too overpowering. A deli should have a good crisp pickle. I think they are serving droopy Vlasik out of jars. Pickle was a one bite and toss away. I can't believe I would rather go to subway than here again.

The front says #1 sub in Akron. I got their Spicy Italian and it was overpriced and subpar. I got a strawberry cake and it was still frozen with frost on it. Honestly if anything it's the worst Italian sub I've ever had. They act like they are annoyed for just asking questions too.
I thought I'd give them a try and I actually regret it. I'll stick to Magic City Subs and Jimmy John's from now on, hell, even Subway would be better than this!
