URGENT: Pricing Concern and Coupon Refusal – Request for Follow-Up
I’m leaving this review in hopes that store management will see it and reach out to resolve this issue directly.
Yesterday about 8:45 pm, I ordered a smoothie and requested the regular size. I now understand the cup I received was technically the correct size for a 24 oz, but visually it appeared smaller—and there was some confusion on my end initially. However, the main concern is that I wasn’t made clearly aware I was being charged incorrectly, and overcharged (spoke with Kylie today the manager)
Additionally, I attempted to use a valid coupon for a smoothie, but it was declined because I added fresh-squeezed apple juice. That felt unfair, considering it was still a smoothie order. In the end, I was charged $12, and I left feeling overcharged and dismissed when I tried to clarify the issue with the girl who took my order.
The store had closed by the time I walked out and reviewed everything, but I turned around and knocked on the door and the girl opened it and wasn’t much help at all, to resolve it. So I planned to follow up with the manager in the morning. Still, I’m sharing this here to bring attention to a breakdown in communication and customer service that I hope will be addressed promptly.
I’d appreciate a follow-up from management to help make this right. I should have a refund or compensated.

I want to share my experience regarding Destiny (I think that's what her name is could be Desiree), a worker at the pulp on west market street. I hope this is her name, but she is absolutely wonderful, she handled todays busy a.m. crowd with grace and her customer service was wonderful. I give her a 10/10 on how she managed to swiftly fill the orders and never looked stressed. Please give her a raise, because I have never seen anyone at this location take control like she did with a smile on her face. Thank you for good service. Kila

I usually go to pulp often, recently as of today I ordered from DoorDash. I received my food and the receipt was inside the sandwich leaking chemicals in my food and the food side that was not contaminated with receipt paper chemicals had mold all over it. Bad experience

The protein pack drink doesnt taste right like any other locations ive went to, it doesnt taste very blended and just doesnt taste right. Im going to assume they dont clean their blenders very well because it tastes like fruit from another drink is in it. The cup is messy and also damaged and the lid is all messed up covered in my drink. I wouldnt recommend this one, go to the chapel hill one. That one is amazing everytime. This one sucks.

No system at all. People waited over 20 min for their drinks while others who just wanted in had theirs made right away. Ridiculous

Service is extremely dependent on who is working. There are certain groups that really have it together and bust out orders. Other times it's a 15+ minute wait with 3 people in the whole place. Food quality is never lacking no matter who is working. Neither is the smoothie. Orders are always correct too. Perhaps some of these slow shifts have new trainees working, which is understandable. Overall in the place that matter most (correct orders, food quality) this place definitely gets 5 starts in both those areas.
