The protein pack drink doesnt taste right like any other locations ive went to, it doesnt taste very blended and just doesnt taste right. Im going to assume they dont clean their blenders very well because it tastes like fruit from another drink is in it. The cup is messy and also damaged and the lid is all messed up covered in my drink. I wouldnt recommend this one, go to the chapel hill one. That one is amazing everytime. This one sucks.

Service is extremely dependent on who is working. There are certain groups that really have it together and bust out orders. Other times it's a 15+ minute wait with 3 people in the whole place. Food quality is never lacking no matter who is working. Neither is the smoothie. Orders are always correct too. Perhaps some of these slow shifts have new trainees working, which is understandable. Overall in the place that matter most (correct orders, food quality) this place definitely gets 5 starts in both those areas.

I usually go to the pulp Downtown, but decided to give this location a try. Huge mistake.There were flies and gnats all over the juicing machine and flying in my face. Disgusting. I went to use the restroom and the toilet looked foul. Very obvious that cleanliness is not important to this establishment. I could not even eat my food after seeing all those flies. The service was good though, I will give them that.

Daughter wanted us to try açaí bowls. They were delicious. Got the blended bowl with banana, peanut butter and granola. Would definitely recommend. Servers were friendly!

I used to love this pulp. I get the same two drinks every time, and somehow they are different, every time. Not to mention the staff acts like they can’t be bothered to take your order or make your drink. If I could at least get the drink I’m paying for correct I could overlook the service. At this point I’ll Save my money and go to Tropical Smoothie.
Picked up my favorite drink, the Protein Packer. They were efficient and the drink was spot on. Because they were busy, a little bit of cleaning/pickup needed to be done.
