I love Pulp, a huge fan and I frequent this place 4-5 times a week. The service is very underwhelming and many times the associates will not speak to you for 5-10 minutes while you’re waiting to order.

Other Pulps' smoothies taste way better than this one. I stopped going for almost 2 years because if this. Tried again the other day and had the same experience. Guess I'll continue driving further away for superior quality. I LOVE Pulp, just not this one.

I walked in and went to the register to order and there, by the register, one of the employees had left a used comb on the counter… I was grossed out immediately. In hindsight I should’ve just left then, but I was really craving a smoothie. After I ordered and paid, I asked the one employee to blend my smoothie extra because last time several chunks got stuck in my straw. She looked at me irritated, and did not do it. Overall, this experience was much less than satisfying

I went into Pulp this morning and some lights were still off. At first I was hesitant to walk in but I did. I placed my order and the cashier started making my order and I also wanted to buy a gift card. I was then told their card reader wasn’t working. It’s every time I go to Pulp it’s always something. They are never prepared, they register never work, or the person making your smoothie doesn’t know what they are doing.

?Why me!!!residue is visibly noticeable on Counters and tables from rarely being wiped off and the containers with the vegetables inside for the smoothies looks like it had soo much bacteria ?in them like the carrots it’s kinda scary you see these unsanitary things as a customer and the workers doesn’t or maybe don’t care! Get it together before someone get salmonella or food poisoning

Customer service was the absolute worst. The girl who helped me looked miserable and didn't even speak to me until I spoke to her. She looked mad and annoyed that she had to work. The music was so loud I had to repeat my order. My coworkers and I will not be returning.

I'm not one to normally leave reviews. but my experience was pretty bad this morning. 04/28/2023 around 7:45 am. who ever was working this morning was kind of rude. curly hair and glasses. When I walked in I wasn't greeting at all she was busy making a order for another customer but she didn't say I will be with you in a minute or anything. she seemed like she had a attitude the whole time. there had been three more customers that walked in after me and she didn't greet them or state she will be a minute. instead of immediately helping the next customer (me) she wen back and washed the blenders she used when there was plenty of clean blenders to use and a line of customers to wait on. When she took my order she was soft spoken to where I could barely hear her and seems like she just didn't want to take my order . when I had asked what type of wraps there were instead of listing them nicely she got a attitude and said "they are on the board , we have wheat, spinach and tomato" I believe those are the options. the wrap wasn't that good either. I ordered a turkey wrap. I originally wanted the tuna but there was none this morning. but there was way too much lettuce. I could barely taste the turkey or mayo or the tomatoes. and I couldn't even taste the avocado. when I ordered my smoothie, a raging berry. I wanted yogurt instead of sherbet and I don't think she made it with yogurt and I didn't get asked if I wanted a enhancer either. I also didn't get a receipt to check if she changed it or not. I didn't order my raging berry like I normally do because of her attitude and at that point I just wanted to leave but I needed breakfast and was really looking forward to a smoothie this morning. now I did not tip today like I normally would because of getting a custom smoothie but because of her attitude I didn't. will probably not come back to this location and just order online because I do not appreciate the attitude. overall did not feel welcomed in the store at all. and the music was also playing way too loud and I felt like I had to pretty much raise my voice high then normal to be heard. I have worked at pulp before and other customer service jobs and I know that is not how you are supposed to act. and I know that is not how pulp trains their employees.

They’ve claimed their restrooms have been out of order for months but the last time I was in there the worker let me use it and this time the employees were total a**holes about it, and just laughed. Not only is this a health code violation but it’s completely against the law to not have a working restroom in a food establishment. I’m nine months pregnant with my three year old you think that they would just be kind enough to let us go because I know for a fact they are in working order.
