Love pulp nice location.

Smoothie was watered down and tasteless. I brought it back in and was told I couldn't get a replacement because too many people are bringing them back because of this. OBVIOUSLY the smoothies aren't being made correctly. Waist of my time and 9.00. Will NEVER be back. Try to support black owned and this what you get? Do better.

(It said it would be a seven minute timeframe for a pick up, But then the employee said the status of the store as high volume, unable to take orders at this time lol so which is it?)

When these kids stop taking orders an hour and a half before they close thinking it alleviates work for them.. but then the customers are forced to come and order in person. thus doubling the amount of time spent in the store. And then the employees wanna act all shitty when they have to stay past close… all when they could’ve just done the online orders, and increasing their workflow and probability of earning a tip.

Just do better youngsters

Didn’t put a seal on my smoothie for a door dash order. Tasted horrible not sure if somebody new made my smoothie or they just were having a bad night. Never will order from this location again I’ll stick with the falls location.

I was a little stressed.So I came and got me a drink.Yes it’s has 🥬🍓🍌OMG and I got a shot of stress reliever in my drink for FREE😍Sorry no Ginger shot4me.Y’all our the Best Here🤤

Just a quick summary of my experiences here over the years. Terrible customer service, no one ever smiles or has good energy, they clearly hate their jobs. Also WHY does it take 30 minutes to make a smoothie!!

Got a pulp passion usually go to Cuyahoga falls came here instead instant regret smoothie tasted water downed

I ordered 2 large mango bombs via door dash…when I got them they had black particles floating in them and 1 of the smoothies was foamy and started turning weird colors. Luckily door dash refunded my money but it was the pulp on exchange st. That made them ?

I've been ordering here for a couple weeks now and everything has been very tasty! And delivered ASAP Every time ,And I recommend you get the fat burner enhancer ×2 or ×3, It works!!!

Never been there.

Horrible service, very rude. Took forever and super loud music. The lady who served me expected me to know when the card reader was ready and got mad at me when it wasn't.

Pulp is not what it used to be.. the smoothies taste very low budget, and nasty . You’re better off going to tropical smoothie or smoothie king.
