Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar

One thing I would change about this place is if the prices were bigger and more presentable. I am in three times within-one week and I gotten the same thing but different sizes. Two large protein packers with two lemon ginger shoots and it came out $28. Than I did two medium with two shots and it was $23 today i get two small ones with two shots and it came out $23! It doesn’t make any sense. And offer people their receipts. Instead, they just walk away.

Walked in Hannah had the magical tunes jumping off. Her welcoming spirit jumped off a wonderful atmosphere. The smoothie she made me was out of this world. My wrap was made with sooooo much love. I will definitely be back solely for that level of service. The vibes UNMATCHED!!!!!!!!

I honestly can't believe I watched this gurl really touch everything including answering the phone several times the. Makes people food without any change in gloves.

Stephanie, the manager, is kind and thoughtful. She brightened my day on Friday after helping me with my DoorDash order. She made my pumpkin pie dreams come true! Thank you, new bestie! :)

This may be my last visit to this location. The guy behind the counter had his phone earpiece in, and was talking on the phone the whole time. I was the only person in line and I waited 8 mins for a smoothie. The vibe from the 3 people behind the counter and apparent female manager was way off. I cannot recommend this Pulp location.

The Store Manager, Stephanie has made the world of difference at this location! I've been going here for the past 6 years and before, I felt unwelcome because the staff was SO rude and it was always a 30 minute to an hour wait for one smoothie every time I went in. Stephanie and her staff are friendly and efficient and the store is always clean and tidy; I would highly recommend this Pulp location!

I have been here several times in the past couple weeks. The wait is generally just a few moments for your order. I am not sure if folks called off or what happened on Sunday. I waited 27 mins for my order. The place was chaos! There were 3 ladies working, and they were clearly busy, which I feel for. The employees had no sense of urgency, but the real issue was the lack of organization. Orders came out all over the place, in no particular order. A kid that came in 15 mins after I did and ordered the same drink, received his before me.

Cashier I think was Diamonte was great as usual when I come to this location, but the young girl making smoothies was terrible. This was the location off S Arlington Rd by Walmart and $18 to have two fruit salads that we couldn't drink. We had to strain the fruit. I'll stick to my W Market St location that's always done perfectly, no matter who is in position.
