The workers here are so pleasant and friendly. Not to mention the smoothies are the best around! I like the mango tango and the kale kapow. It is a good way to get your antioxidants and vitamins up. You can add a hangover or immunity shot to a smoothie and you get one add in free with each smoothie! This one on Arlington rd has the kindest and sweetest staff ❤️

Ordered 35 smoothies at 8am. They have them ready at 8:45am - 15 minutes earlier than expected. The staff even helped me carry the boxes out to my car. Great service, delicious smoothies - the employees loved them, and a quick experience. We will definitely order from this Pulp in the future.Parking: Backed into a spot right in front of the store - no issues.

Waited 25 minutes for two smoothies when I’m literally the only one in here. The staff takes forever, they don’t wear gloves, it’s just a huge disappointment.

Waited for a few minutes for the woman in front of me to finish. The cashier looked at me, said nothing, and walked away from the counter. So I just left. The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming.
On our journey through town we found this Pulp Smoothie joint. Thank you for great smoothies and excellent customer service, for an awesome smoothie experience.

Ok me and my mom an sisters came here , the heavy set white lady is extremely rude. The young black girl is amazing and always does an amazing job making our smoothies. That’s why it bothered me seeing her getting treated so rudely by the heavy set lady. My advice to her get out now.

I love Pulp, but this location is terrible. Most of the employees are rude and seem to dislike people and their jobs. Be ready to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for one smoothie, even if you’re the only person in the store. I come to this location often because it’s the closest to my home, but it’s subpar from the others. I will say I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the smoothies, but it’s clear that training is lacking across the board.

I've ordered from this location four times in the last couple weeks and three of the four times they have messed up my smoothie, disregarding my instructions.I will say that when I've actually gone into the location myself the staff has always been pretty friendly. Even though with the music playing and all the background noise it's very difficult to hear what they're saying. Which might be part of why they keep messing up my order.I always order a large strawberry and banana smoothie but ask to get pineapple sorbet INSTEAD of yogurt. I absolutely hate yogurt, which is why I get so frustrated paying almost $9 only to find out they didn't swap out the yogurt. It makes it completely inedible to me and I'll immediately dump it all down the drain. The problem is I normally have it picked up by someone else or we will have it doordashed. So I don't catch it at the location where I could easily request it be remade.I've literally wasted almost $30 in the last couple weeks dumping it out. I never had this problem at other locations and I've been getting Pulp for years.
