I've tried to give this place multiple chances but they fail each time. Lobby is always dirty and always out of food. Half my order they didnt have have been waiting for almost an hour for my food while staff just stand there and and joke behind the counter. Dont come here if you wanna actually eat.

The two ppl behind the counter were very accommodating and polite. We decided to sit and eat so that our food didn’t get cold on the way On my way home , but once we say down the woman cleaning propped open the doors to sweep the floor which lasted about 5 minutes so it was cold and the other workers with the manager were outside of the door smoking so IT WAS COLD AND THE SMOKE WAS COMING IN THE DOORS…we just went ahead and left. Count me out, no thanks.

Totally incompetent staff, but usually friendly. The food tastes good, but they are unbelievably slow, and it’s a coin flip if your worker will even know how to wrap a burrito. They’re always out of their sauces and toppings as well.

The Beans were absolutely BURNT and my wife and I had to spit them out immediately. Steak was also burnt while the tacos themselves looked pathetic. I would stick with chipotle if you can, but this is not an alternative. Honestly... truthfully Taco Bell is better.
