My husband and I went to rally’s on E.Waterloo , on Wednesday night not sure who cooked but when I called I spoke to Ashley . I had to inform her everything was delicious our 2 double fish , our 5 piece buffalo and 5 piece bbq and Med. fry was all HOT AND FRESH!!!

Clean your fryers got in the car and it smelled like burnt grease.My son said it smelled like the grease when he took to dumpster when he worked at a restaurant. l could go on but that was the worst. Do better l worked in food service for 30 years and you could improve. Thank you.
I've never heard of a fast food place closing for a shift change but it's a regular occurrence here.
