Couldn't get the order right and we were the only people in the drive thru. Maybe if your employees stayed off the phone and focused more on the customers things would be better but your employees would rather talk to their friends on the phone than do their job they are paid to do.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there. Drove up to the window (a door dash order) saw food waiting inside but no one was around. Honked horn, nothing. Called on the phone, still no one in sight. Got out of the car looked in the window, worker was sitting down on their phone. Knocked on the window, took a few moments for worker to figure out what was going on.
The staff are always very polite and respectful. When we forgot to order an apple pie, the manager was very nice about it. Usually never a wait but when there was a short wait once they were very apologetic and nice about it.

Super slow. I wait every time at least 30 min for food. I deliver Uber eats and the food is pre ordered, why tf are they so slow

Food was ice cold drinks had no ice ordered on the app ahead of time and still had to wait for 20 minutes for cold food absolutely terrible service.

This place has the best burgers and fries. But, I'll never go here again. After waiting over 9 minutes just to place my order, I was asked to move to other side to get my order. I waited another 15 minutes, with others, supposedly doing the same behind me. Just disappointing for a "fast food" narrative. Less time would've been spent at burger king across the street.

I just went to get some food around midnight (01/24/2025) there was no cars in the drive through and no one else in line. I waited for 10 minutes in the cold at the order window while the two workers that i had seen, looked at me multiple times but didn’t approach me. regardless if they were closing early, or weren’t able to take my order at that moment i still should have been approached. Don’t get a job if you don’t want to work it.

I really wish Rallys would list the hours that they close during the day for shift change. Waiting in a long line to be told to come back in an hour because they can't serve food during shift change, is extremely frustrating. Also the food looks COMICALLY unlike anything they show. Absolutely disappointing and I won't be back

Wish I could give half a star the people that work at this location couldn't pour piss out of a boot.
Food is usually subpar - cold fries, over cooked tenders.
Service SUCKS. The employees are rude, give attitude and close the window in your face when you try to explain why you tried to go to the other window.
But fair warning! If you're going to do a mobile order, make sure you have a passenger because even though they won't let you go through the one side even when no one is there, they won't help you get your food!
Also don't try to call about anything. They don't answer their phones.
Honestly. Worst rallys location I've been too. Worst food and worst service. Management should be appalled.
