It's Rallys, that's it. You go there to get greasy big food. Man it was GOOD today though, especially the double spicy chicken. Soft and fresh. Burgers were excellent, loaded fries were loaded well and fresh, people nice. Takes a minute to get food at this one but I don't ever mind waiting too long if the food is this good. Still under 10 minutes so not that long at all. Big worth it.

Misscommication about ice on a 90 degree day, im a delivery driver & just wanted a LARGE cup of ice. Ask for it with every intention on paying for it... she stated she can gimme a small cup but has to charge me .. no idea like LARGE. Then she says she has to charge me for the whole fountain pop. I'm not paying over $4 for frozen water.. so I asked if she could just scoop a scoop of ice into my water bottle me, instantly realizing that's unsanitary (internal thought) & she rolled her eyes like i was an inconvenience... shout out to Sheetz tho a couple blocks away. Didn't pay for this frozen water

I went to this location about a week ago & when I say the customer service was phenomenal I can't stress that enough. I spoke with a young woman named Katie who is just a overall sweetheart. Great personality & a great smile for the face of rallys. Food was delicious also. Looking forward to my next visit.

I pulled into this Rally's with no intention of acquiring sustenance at all, but rather my vehicle wasn't working properly. After surveying under the hood and chatting on my phone with a friend, I was pleasantly approached by an attractive and friendly employee; Katie! She inquired about the state of my vehicle and, to my surprise, offered me a drink. I obliged and soon after we both chattered away. If you want exceptional service from a beautiful, intelligible, and charming woman then check 'er out!

Ordered through DoorDash. Didn't get my Chicken Bites & Fries Box.. my hamburger was harder than a rock, the bacon was burnt.. no straw, terrible packaging, cold fries, (not due to the drive bc my dasher was on time) sauce everywhere. Im so upset. No one will answer the phone. Zero stars if I could. Extremely disappointed….

Worst customer service ever. Every time I go they are so rude. The mangers are so unprofessional and the tea tastes like someone put a fish in it. Worst rally’s ever. I’d rather eat circle k food

Couldn't get the order right and we were the only people in the drive thru. Maybe if your employees stayed off the phone and focused more on the customers things would be better but your employees would rather talk to their friends on the phone than do their job they are paid to do.
