There’s was a guy there who was working who looked like he just got right out of bed wearing a wife beater and some shorts and a cover Now I don’t know what your guys policy is but that just seemed unprofessional and honestly quite nasty and dirty.

Every single time I come by late night they don't greet you when you pull up. Sometine you sit there for 1 to five minutes waiting on sombody to acknowledge you. I ketetall6 just left because none said anything to me..You barely can hear what that man is saying. Rude sometimes. If you dontvwanna work there dont.. I end up driving to east market where they have wayyy better service...get it together.

It says they are open at 10am on Friday. Waited at the speaker, nobody bothered to say anything to me until I finally got someone's attention speaking into the mic just to be told they are only taking online orders. Don't waste your time going here.

Man usually this is my fave rallys for years still is but I got chick n bites box about 130 am and I couldn't even chew a few they were so hard like pebbles and the ones that weren't were like rubber .come on now . I work hard too to spend my money anywhere I chose rallys . And I hadn't ate all day

DeAndre has served my son and I twice and is very well mannered. Food fresh and cooked to order . I was able to see staff wearing gloves while preparing our food which is very appreciative. But y’all did forget my bbq sauce 🤣

My husband and I went to rally’s on E.Waterloo , on Wednesday night not sure who cooked but when I called I spoke to Ashley . I had to inform her everything was delicious our 2 double fish , our 5 piece buffalo and 5 piece bbq and Med. fry was all HOT AND FRESH!!!
So grateful that we got exactly what we asked for !!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we will definitely be back soon thank you so much !!!! I hope someone acknowledges they did a wonderful job job!!! This was Wednesday 9 pm on October 15th.2025
They do not provide tamper proof door dash packaging. Nothing its not tamper proof. Bag wide open just as if they handed it to me thru the window. I am only posting this because I ordered last night and got really 🤢.

The employees obviously couldn't care less about the food or the service. It also seems like Rallys changed their bread recently. They no longer toast the buns, either. So the Big Buford, which once was a really good fast food burger, is now served on an oversized, fluffy, cold bun. It's just not worth going back anymore to order online, wait another 15 minutes in the drive through line, and interact with a drive through attendant who refuses to speak a word only to get a burger that's not worth eating.

It's Rallys, that's it. You go there to get greasy big food. Man it was GOOD today though, especially the double spicy chicken. Soft and fresh. Burgers were excellent, loaded fries were loaded well and fresh, people nice. Takes a minute to get food at this one but I don't ever mind waiting too long if the food is this good. Still under 10 minutes so not that long at all. Big worth it.
