The staff are always very polite and respectful. When we forgot to order an apple pie, the manager was very nice about it. Usually never a wait but when there was a short wait once they were very apologetic and nice about it.

Very friendly! I had to wait a few extra minutes, but the cashier was such a friendly guy, it made up for the trouble. My Dad used to bring me here thirty years ago. Still the same vibe and aromas.

Derek manned the drive through and grill alone with multiple cars and was still the sweetest person. Our food was fantastic. First experience at rally’s and we will be coming back! Thank you Derek!!
