First time at a Rally's in years. The Big Buford was excellent. Tried my wife's fish sandwich and it was much better than I expected for the price. Quick, polite service. Would definitely go again when in the area.

I don't understand how hard it is to read a screen with a order on it .This Rally's on East Market Street has the most incompetent people I've ever seen every order we place there is always something wrong or missing.They should thank God I'm not their boss I'd fire everyone in the store.

They never give you your whole order. Always missing items and if you order after midnight its random what you get on your burgers. Its like they just run out of ingredients and just leave them off. Its also consistently ice cold.

Great food by fast food standards at an ok price, but don't bother with any special instructions. Even asking for no sauce on your sandwich will result in the default preparation being served to you, sauce and all. Thought it might be a one or two time mistake so didn't review before. But three times in a row?

Was very upset...paid $9.66 for a small fry when we CLEARLY asked for a medium fry and a medium drink...got the food and drink was charged for medium but got all small...then the service rep didnt know who's food he was bringing out...and they want what...$20.00 an hour??? No...I'll stay cooking at home.
