This place should just be shut down. It's garbage. They leave you waiting forever and still don't give you nothing but wasted time and attitude. You give the store up to the streets is what this is. I wont be back. Blocked in deliveries as well. I'm not the only one who feels this way. People are plummeting profits here to be lazy and giving bad vibes to their community.

Being from South Carolina.... I LOVE this place. The big Beaufort is fantastic. The fries are so well seasoned that I love these better than anyone else's fries. Also, I grabbed a mushroom swiss... heavenly! Fantastic job team. Put one in Greenwood, South Carolina, please.

Went to get the new philly cheesesteak burger and the ad at the intercom said the combo was 5.99 but when I went to pay for it I was charged 7.18 for the meal. The manager said that’s the price in the system. Clear false advertising!

I have no idea if the food is any good here. 3 nights in a row I waited over an hour for the order to be made only to give up. This might be the slowest fast food joint in existence. I could have raised a baby chicken, slaughtered it, and made my own food by the time this would be ready.

Cumon guys, I waited in order pickup for 45min old food and it was the wrong order.wrong drink med not large missing burgers wrong burgers. Heads up the manager on duty needs some training folks.
Tried to order the Philly Cheesesteak Burger combo listed on the menu at $5.99, at the window told it's $7 something (tax was only 11 cents so wasn't that.) Asked why the menu price is listed all over the place but not what they are actually charging and just was told "that's what the system says." They will lie about their pricing and try to have you not notice. Avoid here at all costs

My first experience at a Rally's was, of course, a late night visit. Having driven by this location for more than 20 years at this point, and with literally all other options around me cocooned in darkness, I embodied my enthusiasm with an invigorating, "Meh..."
And I meant it!
At once, i found myself lost in a face-off with the drive-thru's split personality. Staring blankly at the fork in the road, i realized something telling was scribed upon it. Could this be a sign? With my wits about me, I assumed it had pointed me in the right direction.... since there was no choice left.
I gazed cautiously. The glow from the menu slowly crept up my scrunched brow. Alas, the seconds revealed themselves as merely borrowed as a voice beamed from the center, cutting through the cold night air, "May I take your order?"
With a deep breath, l relaxed and let it out. "I'll take a large number 2 with a barqs, please!"
But the voice got the drop on me...
"Pull up, please."
At the window, a friendly face revealed itself to be the bearer of the aforementioned voice! He quickly escorted me through the painless payment process. And as fast as he came, he soon vanished into the bowels of the beast only to return with my prize in hand! I promptly revved up my horses and sped off into the night, leaving only a polite farewell in the rear view.
The sandwich was worth it's wait in gold. The fries were surprisingly warm and delicious! And the beverage? As crisp and refreshing as the face with the voice from the menu... late one night at Rally's!

Asked for receipt didn't get. Asked ketchup didn't get. Meal deal 2 for $7.00 the burgers were raw. French fry were over cooked with old grease. Can we fix this because Use to love Rallys.

Overall, I say it was pretty good, but this was the first time I've been there that they started to out with. "We only have swiss cheese so..."
Kid-friendliness: But make sure you hold on to the kiddos' drive-thru wraps around, not to mention the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: It would be plenty of room outside to maneuver a wheelchair we're going inside I think would be a struggle but still possible with help
Understaffed for walk up window and would not take my order in the drive thru line because I was not in a car!!! I was going to spend $30.00. Guess they don't want money!!!
