The food got me and my girl really sick last night. Food was also cold. This is why we normally avoid Rally’s all together. The quality isn’t what it used to be.

Great place to get food when they are actually taking orders. 75% of the time they say they're in the middle of a shift change and to come back later or that they are only taking "on-line" orders.

I can't say anything about atmosphere because it is super cold and I was at the drive thru. The girl at the window was nice and the service was quick and accurate. I've had a few mistakes with this Rally's but it was a different crew. Food was hot and freshly made and that means a lot after just getting off work.
Two trips and both times I threw out food! The fry grease was burnt and disgusting. 2nd time burger was wrong. They put mustard on it and totally ruined the sandwich! I probably will not go to this unit anymore as Burger King does a much better job overall.

My guy and I always get shakes that are half strawberry and half banana, but these people at this location don't seem to be able to grasp that as a concept. I got an order of chicken bites and as you'll see in the pix, there weren't even a handful of them in the carton!! They were also cold and rubbery. If there were other late night options, we'd stop going to Rally's all together. We will from now on be going the extra miles to the Waterloo location.
