Last night my husband and I went to Red Lobster to try the Crab and Lobster. The crab legs were small, not very fresh and tastless. We were not pleased with the food. Our bill came to $85.00 we willnot be going to red lobster again.

I order the Ultimate Feast. I'm just looking at the picture. If you're like me, you'll notice it's not complete. Unless they have altered the menu, it has a picture of crab legs. What I got was not reflected by the menu. If I'm paying for an expensive meal, I expect the food to be reflected by the amount that it is worth. I was greeted when I walked in, and my food was ready. Perhaps if they checked that the meal wasn't missing any components, I would have given them 5 stars.

We went to Red Lobster to celebrate our anniversary and what a wonderful time we had. The sever was fantastic and when she found out it was our anniversary everything went into overdrive. The manager stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary! We started with fancy drinks from the bar. Our server suggested a stuffed mushroom appetizer followed by crab carbanera and a surf and turf. Everything was delicious! She then brought out a brownie overboard sent to us by the manager to celebrate our anniversary. We expected a quiet dinner, but the crew at Red Lobster made it a night to remember! Thank You!!

I had a really great experience at the lob, I sat at the bar an had an amazing drink! An the food was great! I had three different servers help me today, there names are Alyssa the bartender, Daymiah and Cade. 10/10 will be back!

I eat at this Red Lobster quite frequently. Every time I go in I feel so welcomed. The host is always very friendly and gracious. My favorite waitress is Dairian. She knows me and greets me by my first name. My order is always the same and she serves it quickly. The manger, Bert stops by and says hello and makes sure everything is perfect. I cannot say enough good things about the food either.

They need an episode of kitchen nightmares! This place is terrible 😣 ordered some fried fish (flounder) and shrimp the fish smelled like metal the waitress said it’s probably from the basket it’s fried in then when I asked her to smell it she wouldn’t metal smell in fish can means it’s spoiled or has bacteria 🦠 the coconut shrimp sauce tasted spoiled and shrimp was translucent and mushy my daughter got some of the most soupy pasta Alfredo I have even seen no taste or seasoning more like hospital food the fish that came out in replacement (cod ) and it was drenched in cooking oil I would not go back here if the food was free one of my worst dining experiences this place needs to get a evaluation by upper management

Food was tasty enough but the real reason for my review is to rave about our server Diamond, he's AMAZING! I found out he's only been there a couple weeks but he looks like he runs that restaurant! He wasn't only great with taking care of us but I watched him engaging with all the tables around us and how everyone else seemed to genuinely appreciate his contagious positive energy and fantastic service! He sure lives up to his name, he's a true gem!

My husband and I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in forever but we are so happy we came tonight! Our steak was cooked perfectly, the lobster was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Our server Toni was so sweet and the GM, Andrew introduced himself and was so personable. Really good experience 🦞🦞

Stopped into the Fairlawn red lobster for lunch soup and salad. Been going to red LOBSTER for over half my adult life for clam chowder and salad. Clam chowder is disgusting. They changed it to a watery drippy flavorless mess with no clams in it. The CEO is making too many changes. Leave well enough alone. RED LOBSTER used to have the best clam chowder of any restaurant anywhere. Bring it back or I will not be back.
