I have called, emailed, and contacted via Facebook. There is never an answer just a strange voicemail. Over a week with no refund. Sounds like a front to take money if you ask me. Edited to add, my order was placed during posted business hours. We recieved order confirmation at 8:43pm on Friday 8-9-2024 and the listed hours across the web are Fridays 12-11:30pm.

The most unprofessional business I’ve encountered in this neighborhood. Horrible representation for our people. Someone please open a soul food restaurant around this location and SHUT THEM DOWN!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. They canceled the original order. Had me order on the kiosk and was out of what I ordered. The "owner" refused to give me any type of receipt, including written, stating that he would refund it. That is not at all how you run a business and when I told him that he proceed to call me out of my name multiple times. In short it's a terribly ran "restaurant" that needs to be closed. It's sad because it had such potential but when you run a business like you run your mouth, this is the outcome. I lost money, the business certainly will lose customers, as it should. Don't waste your time going here. You'll be just as disappointed as we all were.
I edited this because of the response from the so called ower of his supposedly 6 FAILING businesses. Your reviews speak for themselves as well as your responses. Your the poster child of why our businesses fail sir. You can't be racist against your own. I think you should do some self reflecting after a shower and figure out why your failing so horribly. Your a disappointment to your Momma. Fix that. I been fat all my life, you have to come harder than that to hurt my feelings but being a failure to my community and a sad excuse of a man is something I have no experience in my dear. Someone that loves you needs to tell you the truth cause they aren't doing you no favors. Just be glad we didn't come back with 1 my husband and 2 the people who's money you actually played with cause I wouldn't have even wasted .50 at this place. Have a great evening! ?

Response from the owner was...? it’s a $5 chicken sandwich meal … Well I ordered through door dash, which is clearly more expensive & takes longer so I'll give them a pass for the fries being cold. I'm not sure if the Famous BBQ sauce is supposed to be hot or not because it didn't say anywhere that it was. Let me tell you, whatever sauce they put on my chicken was like I was eating fire. Do you put ghost peppers in there? Wowza!!! I was bummed it was incredibly spicy because i couldn't eat it & the flavor was delicious. I was looking forward to the garlic buns & my dasher said they had to wait for them to go get buns from the dollar store!! The chunky onion rings were small onion ring pieces, looked like what was at the bottom of the deep fryer. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled.

This was my first time having Reggie Rays and I loved my experience. I ordered a Rib dinner with Mac and cheese and greens with an extra side of yams along with peach cobbler for dessert. My food was hot and fresh and it was absolutely delicious! The ribs had a great taste, the Mac and cheese was so cheesy and the greens and yams was perfect. The lady that served me was so nice and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you Reggie Ray’s for the amazing service and great food!

It’s so hard to contact this restaurant and I’m constantly calling and I keep getting the voicemail. I done contacted them via all phone numbers posted on google, email and even sent them a message on messenger and still nothing. I put in an order over 2 hrs ago and I can’t even call them on updates regarding my order or to see if I could get a refund if there are any issues. This is sad and horrible as a business!
