Came here fornfirst time and the blonde worker who is currently working 3-12-2024 @11.35 is behind rude. I asked if an order was mine and her response is no i havent got to yours yet you ha e yo wait like the rest.. i just asked bc i waant sure.. rude.. this woman represents the company and this ok for customer service.

Always excellent customer service and yummy snacks and my favorite Robeks! I love the care they take in learning their customers names and consistently bringing a positive, energetic environment. Can’t recommend them enough!

Little expensive but good
We had a great experience at Robeks! The staff was friendly & very attentive to exactly what we wanted. They greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The good was amazing too with quick & efficient service. Highly recommend!

Staff was not very friendly, and the upcharge for a dairy free drink is disappointing.
Justis was amazing and showed great confidence while taking my order. I was very impressed by his hard working mentality. He has a bright future!

I stopped in yesterday with my kids only to find hundreds of flys surrounding the walls. That was disturbing, but the fact the workers were working as if the bugs weren’t there was even more disturbing. I frequent both locations in the Akron area, but the Montrose location needs Orkin badly. We didn’t stay at all, simply walked right out after we saw the bugs everywhere. If I were a business owner of this location, I’d be well aware that customers don’t ever want to see bugs prior to purchasing food.
I hate to write negative reviews, so when I do so, it's rare and usually due to service. We went and ordered two lemon freezes. While making them, one of the employees, who may have been newer, asked another employee if "3" was enough while scooping ingredients. They then went with it and continued making the drinks. The drinks came out and were watery, filled with chunks of ice and far more sour than usual. This inherently, is NOT what I took issue with. When I came back in and asked about what was different about the taste and texture, the employee denied anything was different or wrong about our drinks, and proceeded to list the ingredients, including apple juice. (Mind you I've been ordering the same drink since I was a child, and I've never heard of apple juice in a lemon freeze, nor is it on the ingredients list per online or per the employees of other robeks locations that frequently go to throughout the years). I personally don't believe that the ingredients were used the proper ratio based on the earlier comment the employee made when making it, and due to the fact that the sweetness and consistency were off. My issue and reason for writing this review is not due to the drink itself (or apparent additional of apple juice), but rather the lack of transparency by the two employees. I would not have minded if A) if in the beginning they were low on an ingredient to make the two drinks, if they had just said so before starting, we would have ordered something else, or B) had they just acknowledged it when I came back in to ask about it. I give an extra star because the newer employee apologized as I was leaving which I do appreciate. I just wish there had been more transparency before that. This is my first time at this location, and I hope if I am ever in the area again, it might be a better experience. I've been drinking Lemon Freezes my whole life since it's the only smoothie I've ever liked. I don't mind a lemon freeze that might be off a little bit, it happens, I get it. Just be open and honest if you dropped the ball. Had they just acknowledged that it wasn't correctly made, or they might have been low on an ingredient so I could decide whether to order something else instead, I would not have minded the whole situation. This is just my personal experience that day and I am hopeful it is better next time if I ever go back to that location.
