Just my opinion
I have not been to Rockies for a while, and I will not be going back; hamburgers used to be thick and juicy, they now look like McDonalds hamburgers, small, thin & dry. Disappointed in food and couldn’t get a refill on my drink.

You know I first started coming here to this location on Merriman Road back in 2008. my best friend who passed away in 2014 was the one who introduced me to Rockies. That’s what made this place special to me. I used to come and get the Max n knife and a buttery nipple. This place used to be the vibe now reason our favorite bartender had passed away a few years ago. This place went downhill the service, I was just there today. My waitress was very dry. I felt as if she had a problem with me or she just has a problem. But I did not enjoy her service not only that I received a glass of tea with food particles floating in my drink, didn’t realize it immediately until I took a few steps myself. I guess goes to show good things and places don’t last forever. But it’s been a problems my last few visits at this specific location.

Stacey was our fantastic server. She is very thoughtful and kind. Five stars on her service.
Food was eh. The kitchen rushed our fries and they came out soggy. Server asked them to remake and the new fries were great.

Southwestern Salad did not come with pita bread (but it did have the tomatoes we asked to leave off.) The Baked Penne Pasta did not have cheese (as seen in photo). When we drove to the store to get this fixed, they said it was our fault for selecting marinara sauce instead of meat sauce. Note the other photo, marinara and no cheese are two separate options.
They (quite rudely) refused to remake it, blaming us for the mistake, but they did give us some grated cheese and extra sauce so we could bake it ourselves.
It takes a lot of screw ups to make our first order from a restaurant also the last,but they managed it.

Had lunch here with co workers. I ordered a bowl of the chicken soup that the menu brags so much about. I have to believe it was spoiled because it tasted sour. It was awful. I'm just glad I did not get sick from the two spoonfuls I ate. Credit to the server who must have taken my advice and tasted it, and immediately took it off my check. The place is kind of run down. The Rockne's on the other side of town is better.

Rockne's has standard bar food, but done well and priced reasonably. Additionally they have a reasonable (but not extensive) rotating selection of beer on tap.
I have never had a bad server or bartender, even when they are busy.

Saturday night 10:45 PM and they’re closed when Google says open till 230 and the sign out front says they’re open as well. Bartender, sitting and inside, ignoring me at the door. Thanks for wasting my time.
