Hamad’s Rockne’s on Merriman is the best! Our family had an amazing experience on St. Patrick’s Day! The staff was wonderful! Service was five star. The Rueben Sandwich, sauerkraut balls, soups, salads and kids meals were all delicious! Can’t say enough about the Hamad family, staff and atmosphere at Rockne’s! It’s an Akron gem!

Our party of 4 was greeted and seated by our waitress Fairh. She was very friendly and cheerful. She even invited us to come again for St. Patrick's Day too! All our food was excellent and the potions were good and reasonably priced.
I usually like all food they offered. But today I ordered dumplings soup, which little sour to me, probably not to fresh, French fries were over fried and no fresh too. So I am little disappointed.

Our waitress seemed to be under the influence of something. The food is amazing, the atmosphere was good, but the waitress threw me off. Even so, the food is so good, it won’t stop me from coming back.I highly recommend the Rockne’s chicken salad with extra dressing at any Rockne’s you visit!Parking: Parking is around the back of the building. There are separate doors for the restaurant and pub side.

A small corner pub and a place to grab some soup on cold day or if you want more hearrty meal you can go for one of there hamburgers. I decided to warm up with a bowl of the chicken and dumplings aoup. The bowl was a good sized portion and came with chips or pita bread as well.as crackers. Certainly a filling meal and i would order it again of i was in the area.
