Food was average. Fettuccine Alfredo was basically buttered noodles. Cinnamon does not belong in cannolis. Service was great. We captured or killed at least 7 gnats or fruit flies at our table, some of witch lost their lives in glasses of wine.

What an outstanding place to have an event! The General Mgr Dwayne and his team deliver exceptional Customer Service!! They went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 30 plus with short notice. From the servers, cooks, bartender, manager they were very tentative and friendly. The food was very, very good and our guests were very impressed!! I would highly recommend having your next event here or go out for a nice lunch and or dinner. We will return. Not only for the food but quality friendly service. Thank You for a wonderful evening!😊

Eric did a great job as our waiter. He was calm but conversational and timely with our requests.

Food was great: I very much enjoy dipping their complimentary bread into their lobster bisque. Haven't had a bad menu item yet. Bummer that their North Olmsted location closed, as that location was 15 minutes away and this location is an hour away from us; we only came because we had a gift card to use and the other location is now permanently closed. If you live nearby, however, it is a great choice.

The people at this restaurant do not know how to work the online ordering system. Basically, if you go on their website and order online, they say they never received the order. After calling the customer service number (which is actually DoorDash, even though they don’t say it on the website) they basically are saying this location is not looking at their online orders or accepting them. So now I had to pay again and wait at the restaurant, and wait for a refund. Two other people in my same group had the same issue on the same night. Do not order here online.

Eric our waiter 100% service was great .food was good. Booth seat had a hole in it gnats flying around .ladies room was freeeeezing cold. Could use a bit of update for atmosphere.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The one in North Olmsted closed so we drove to Akron to the restaurant there. The restaurant is tired. The seats are worn, the mirrors are dirty and smudged. There were fruit flies bothering us. The bread wasn't fresh. The salad was OK. The chicken was overcooked. My coffee was cold, I was never asked for a refill. We were not offered water. This was once a great restaurant. It is well past its prime, it is a restaurant that is just hanging on. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. The mirrors being dirty are a sign that no one cares or the restaurant is about to close.

Still one of my favorites, although they could update the menu. To me, again I totally might be wrong, but the items on the menu haven't changed. What I love the chicken scallopini or mushroom ravioli is on the menu bu so everything else from years ago. Most restaurants update. The least sellers disappear and replaced with new items. It's time if they really want to stay in business much longer.

The restaurant was closed with chains on the doors. Even though they still maintain a listing online, they have been permanently closed since September. Such a disappointment. This was my favirite Italian restaurant. It will sure be missed.
