The service here is terrible and very very slow. The food is not good either. I ordered Garlic Parmesan boneless wings and they had hot sauce on them with a little bit of garlic and no Parmesan.

I have been to other locations, before and had similar experience. I ask for really crispy skin, and I get this wing with rubbery skin. There is no bigger turn-off for me. I sent them back, and they still were not really crispy, but most of the fat was rendered out this time. Sorry but I won't be back until you learn to cook the food that is in your name.
