Doesn't look like much, and a little pricey but the burgers and fries were great, and the milk shakes top notch. Don't underestimate based on looks.

Food is usually pretty good, but I just went on a Sunday 8:20 pm, says it's open. Sign blinking open until 9. The person inside will not come out to my car. Called multiple times and they are ignoring the phone. Nice. Turkeyfoot Rd location. Sunday, March 17.

Great Food. Thank You! ? Recently relocated and food always smelled good when walking my husky. Decided to try it today. Door Dash and Skyway offered quick and quality service. We both approve of the great food!

Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Last week changed that. The young lady that took my order was very polite and friendly. However, when she went to submit the order inside I noticed what seemed to be a manager (short male) was touching her inappropriately and kissed her. This is extremely unprofessional especially as a manager, the man should be fired. Customers should not have to see this.

So, myself and my two adult sons arrived at around 6:15 pm on 2/22, at the 951 Turkeyfoot Rd location. The server (Evan) came out and asked what we'd like. I asked for menus. He ran back in, came right out and gave us 1 menu. I told him it would be a couple minutes. Both of my sons were from out of state and unfamiliar with the menu. About 5 minutes later we were ready, turned on our lights and Evan came right out. We ordered 3 Sky Scrapers; one with no pickle; one with Mustard, grilled onions and no lettuce and one with grilled onions and no pickle. We also ordered one cheeseburger with mustard and grilled onions, one order of fries, one order of onion rings and one order of fried mushrooms. For drinks we ordered one Norka ginger ale, one plain iced tea and one medium California drink. The food came out, (in a bag, no trays anymore??).The first Sky Scraper, cheeseburger and onion rings were correct. The other two Sky Scrapers were not. Both had lettuce, both had pickles. The California drink was so thick I believe it was almost all syrup. At this time we could only see two other cars there besides ours.I turned on my lights. Shortly after Evan looked at us through the door, saw the lights, then turned around and disappeared from view. A few minutes later he did the very same thing; looked at us, saw the lights and turned around again. The third time, after a few more minutes he looked out, saw the lights and started to turn around until I started flashing my lights. Then he came out.I explained that the two Sky Scrapers were wrong, but he took so long we made the corrections ourselves in the car. He said we were mistaken. We never ordered one with no lettuce. Mind you, I'm holding the ticket that clearly states we did order correctly and they messed up. He argued with me again and by then I told him he was incorrect and his response was to just blow us off. "Is that all?" he asked and I said no, this California drink is all syrup and his response was "yeah, that's the way we make them." I've been going to Skyways for decades and this was not correct. But again he insisted it was, even telling me how many "pumps" they put in. He said he would take it back and make a different one "with less" this time.It wouldn't be so bad, but to have him stand there and argue with me about the order when I'm holding the ticket in my hand right in front of him was rediculous. And to argue with me about the drink leads me to believe that he was just arguing for the sake of arguing. Not to mention him ignoring the lights when the last thing he told us before he "disappeared" was "if you need anything just turn on your lights".I get that the cook messed up, that happens. The food that was correct, and even the ones we corrected, were good. But Evans attitude was quite unprofessional and rude. We'll be going to Swensons next time.

Drove passed this place and turned around to try it. Glad we did. Food was great. Got the skyscraper burger, fries, grilled chicken sandwich, mushrooms and a kids mini corn dog meal. Everything was perfect. Service was great and food was out fast. Prices are awesome too. If you're near here stop by. You won't regret it.

Got there at 8:30. Waited 15 minutes until someone finally came out. I was like...oh so you guys are open? I got no apology. Then they couldn't even fulfill my order, but honestly it sounded more like they didn't want to cook. Kinda crazy bad service.

Been here about 3 times now and I can say they are consistently great! The staff acts like they are happy to see you, (I know crazy right!) The food is always yummy too! Big menu to pick from so if you don't want a burger there are plenty of other choices too. It's just an enjoyable experience all around!
