South Point is such a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Every time I swing by, I am treated to one of the best cocktails I've had in Akron along with superior service from a very helpful and friendly staff. You could get lost in the number of options they have available - I think they have a half dozen different types of Old Fashioned, alone - but the bartenders are so helpful and accommodating, willing to talk thru what you like and don't like to find the best option...

Kind and talented bartenders with a great mixed drink menu.
This place is cozy and has a cool speak easy vibe!

Stopped in last night for the first time while waiting for a pizza next door. Had a great time. Curt or Kurt (SP) made some great recommendations and we had a nice chat about the place. I look forward to bringing my wife back for some pizza from next door and a cocktail or 2!
