Went today Sunday the 4th . There was only 7 others in there when we got there. They all left. Service and food was terrible!!! We've been going there for years but it has totally gone downhill. Around 10 or more staff there doing nothing except hanging out in back room or kitchen. Couldn't even get a refill. We will go somewhere else.

Good food. Fast service. Friendly efficient server Open on Sunday and a lot of other places in downtown Akron are not. Cleanliness of the interior could be improved. Overall though, still a good restaurant.

Restaurant smells of sewage! Salads were mediocre and entrees were gross. The Alfredo sauce tastes like gravy from breakfast. It was warmed up from the day before so it was separated into oil and chunky white blobs of despair. The meatball sandwich was a single meatball on a cold piece of bread they sliced, average at best. The worst was saved for last, we ordered the cheese pizza and applesauce. Once my child ate a bite of the applesauce she said it tastes bad. So wondering why a 6 year old would say applesauce was bad I tried it and she was right it was so bad in fact it had fermented into a apple wine flavor. The pizza had so much sauce that it was dripping over the sides of the crust making it the sloppiest pizza for a child.

A year ago, I gave Spaghetti Warehouse a 5 star review. Recently we went there and had an embarrassingly bad experience. The food and service was not good. I generally do not like to post bad reviews if I think it was a one-off bad experience. It was such a bad experience, I will have to warn that this may be a business in the decline. I will try and update again in the future. We had poor food quality, poor service and an overall bad meal. They were out of a lot of common staples a restaurant should not be out of. No longer Akron's hidden gem! I may review again - but it will take time before I can convince others to go back. : (

Love the decor and the nostalgic feel of the restaurant although a lot of things including the seats are broken or damaged. The staff is kind but the food isn’t great. the bathrooms always stink and aren’t clean. They could do so much with this place with the space they have and the overall feel of the building but sadly it doesn’t live up to its potential.

This particular day the drink I ordered didn't have what I was expecting for it to come with. When my server brought my drink she had her hand over my glass where my lips were to touch. I didn't order food but my friend says their Alfredo is really good

Used to LOVE Spaghetti Warehouse. Their signature Lasagna was top notch in prior visits.
Was here in September & November 2025 and BOTH times there was a VERY strong sewage smell. In September it was strong in the restrooms, and a minimal, but noticeable smell in the dining area, so I figured it was a temporary backup.
Tried again this month and it was WORSE. It not only permeated the bathrooms, but the entire dining area. It was likely made WORSE by both restroom doors being propped open.
Also, the lasagna noodles were tough and seemingly undercooked this time. Definitely NOT what I was expecting from their signature dish.
Definitely won't be back until the stench is fixed.

The service is great and the atmosphere is just how I remember it. Huge portions of good food at a good price. Very kid friendly. I wish they were busier- yall are sleeping on this place! Go support them!
