Cool vibes and a lot of family fun. Lunar bowling isn't open as late as I thought it would be. Need to oil the lanes better, hard to get the balls to curve

Place is a frickin rip off. Paid almost 100 bucks for two lanes for 1 hour. Beer was 9 dollars, 3 dollars for 1 try on the grappling hook arcade game. Never come back here again, go to the bowling alley in cuyahoga falls such a better value

64 for lane house and only one pin chaser during a tournament. NEVER AGAIN

Would not recommend employee behind a desk who is bald is very rude. Went there with my kids yelling at me for no reason when I called and they said yes they were bowling on Friday night. Did not say nothing about kids not allowed.

Just waited 2.5-3 hours for a lane to bowl told the guy at the desk we had a gift card and asked if we could use it for food as well. Once we got called for our lane the guy immediately said that “oh we’ve been having issues with those” and didn’t even attempt to scan our QR code or anything. We wasted time and money waiting for nothing and I don’t really know what I’m supposed to do with this gift card now since the person who bought it also wasted their money. 0/10 would not recommend and don’t buy a gift card since apparently you can not use it.

We had a good time here for a work gathering. The food was better than the bowling alley food I’ve had elsewhere. Axe throwing was fun too though I’ve been to better axe throwing facilities but it’s convenient that’s it’s in the same place as bowling and gaming. It’s nice to have options especially for a group outing. The bar could use a couple more selections of liquor but the service was great. We went on an early evening week day.

There's one older guy there who could you use a customer service workshop

Came here to bowl on a Friday night with my family (3 ADULTS AND 2 KIDS) we were gonna spend a crap ton of money just to cosmic bowling for a few hours due to the nicer weather but we were told after already CALLING UP THERE IN ADVANCE and driving an FOURTY MINUTES away we weren’t allowed to be there with the kids past 10 o’clock for whatever reason that they couldn’t even tell us.

the dumpiest place i’ve ever been to, can’t play music, won’t stay open until the time it says at the front desk even with people still in the building. i’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this place 3-4 times in a row. wouldn’t recommend coming here!

Came in with a group of 6, was told it'd be a really long wait for 2 lanes, so we went with one. Then we were told we couldn't book it for two hours because of cosmic bowling on our side, but we'd be able to swap over to the other side after the hour. We weren't able to finish our 1 hour game, and then were told we couldn't get a lane on the other side because they were all going to convert to cosmic. No effort to make it right either. Bad communication, and obviously didn't care about us as customers.

My wife and I wanted to bowl 1 game of practice and they wanted to charge us 30$ to rent a lane for an hr. Talk about chasing away business. I will bowl somewhere else

I was charged over $70 to bowl alone for 2 hours... Not including food or a drink. It's close to home but that's too costly no matter how much money you have 🤷🏽‍♀️

Unpleasant atmosphere. Bartender was cleaning up the bar and getting rid of bottles at 930. Lots of bowlers there when we arrived , was told they close at 11 on weds night , bathrooms dirty ,the entrance to the bathroom was filthy. The tables in the bar with the pool tables , filthy , empty cups sitting around. It was not busy. How sad that the bartender couldn’t even keep a dead bar clean. And then to top it all off at 1020 a lady popped in the room and was like heads up closing at 10:30 that’s like 10 mins . And the. A creepy older man proceeded to watch us play pool for the next 10 mins until we were to leave bad icky experience.

We had an excellent experience here for our engagement party. There was a mixed crowd of about 70 people and something for everyone to enjoy!

The bowling alley catered our meal and was very accommodating with figuring out a mix that would work best for us.
The food was MUCH TASTIER than you’d expect a bowling alley to have! Grilled chicken was our protein and we have good things to say! It’s not just pizza and fried things that I’d expect to be the usual- this almost made me not consider this venue but I’m glad I was wrong!!

It was organized well, communicated well, and such a cool way for two families to meet.

We had groups throwing the axe, bowling, and playing games/picking prizes.

I really couldn’t recommend this enough. We were a dry party if that matters in anyone’s considerations - no experience to speak of in that regard as other reviews mentioned.

Thank you, spins for giving us a splendid, easy, and so so soooo much fun engagement party!
