every time i come to this starbucks i have to wait so long for my drink(s). today i sat in line for over 20 minutes waiting for my order. i am not sure if they are short staffed or having technical difficulties but they need to get it under control.
Not a huge Starbucks fan, but I've never had a problem here. I think the Bierce Library Starbucks is better but everyone at the Polsky one is also nice and I've never had anything messed up here. Also, the lines are never that bad here compared to the other on-campus Starbucks locations.
It's amazing because Starbucks has a wonderful selection but it tends to get incredibly busy and takes forever to get your order. That's a problem especially when you have to go to class.
