Ordered from the app with customized orders. One drink I paid $2 for xtra cookie crumbles as well as the shaved chocolate ontop a Frappuccino and barely saw crumbles and saw no shaved chocolate. The other specified NO WATER in a Chai Latte, and it tastes so watered down that you cannot even tell its a tea. Just tastes like hot milk water. Gross. Would have returned them, but discovered the errors driving the freeway home. Not happy about spending $15 on drinks that failed.

It honestly disappointing considering how much money I spend on a drink, and the baristas don’t even make it right. The money isn’t even the principle, it’s more of the fact of doing your job right. If there’s something listed on my drink, add it. I don’t get the difficulty. This happens so many times and I’m sick of spending $8 to not even get what I want. If it’s too hard to pay attention, let me know and I can easily do it for you. Other than that, if you wouldn’t want your drink messed up, don’t do it to other people.

***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ****Started coming to this location a few months ago and the staff was friendly, emphasis on WAS. The girl and guy who work there are so rude it’s not even funny, he sounded rude taking my order and kept sighing loudly, mind you I get two hot mochas, he then goes “I’m sick of this” Drink was not even filled halfway and watched they blonde guy pour my drink into another cup and fill the rest up with cold milk. I asked why it was not hot and he said “I made this drink “ and looked at me. Came a second time and asked for the manager and it was the same dimwit blonde girl and guy that messed up my drink the first time offered to remake but didn’t want to take my chances. My wife went in and the treatment you get I guess is worse, was told they weren’t a “real starbucks”? This place needs to be closed down!!!!!

Google need to recommend another rating, which is zero stars because this place definitely deserves zero stars. I’m typing this while I’m in the parking lot. I should have never gave this place a second chance. Food, garbage, costumer service, trash. They’re always out of something at this Starbucks location. Why would u have an item still on the screen if u don’t sell it anymore? The woman at the drive thru was rude & couldn’t comprehend. They gave me a sandwich that look like it was a week old sitting out on the counter. The bacon was raw on it. It was unreal how the sandwich looked. They actually think someone would consider eating this? I never have any problems at any other Starbucks locations. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

Disappointed. Went yesterday they handed my drink to someone else no big deal. I waited for them to make me my new one. Didn’t say sorry or nothing the girl manager just stared at me like I did something with a rude face. Today the one manager the girl don’t know her name. she’s always so snotty and so rude. Then the other manager Cody comes up to the window as he’s handing me my drink. Mind you I get the same one everyday almost 9 dollars and says I can’t put it in a Trenta anymore. Even though I pay extra for the Trenta and cold foam. My drink is 9 dollars and you can’t do what I like and I have been coming everyday for a year.

I frequent this location fairly often and the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately today the coffee was lacking. I was handed my cup and while I thought it felt light, I didn't think much about it. When I got to work I realized it wasn't even 3/4 full- huge ripoff! Look at this picture- I hadn't even taken 1 sip yet. Definitely not worth the price.I complained on the Starbucks app- they refunded me by way of crediting my account for the cost of the coffee! I'll give them another chance because I do like this location.

This Starbucks is ALWAYS out of something - Apple Crisp Macchiato syrup, oat milk, as well as the Cranberry Bliss Bar and the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish on the first day of the winter holiday menu! Also, I was given attitude and almost charged double after inquiring about this. I will say that usually the employees are nice and pleasant, although there seems to be high turnover. However, with them always being out of something, long drive-thru lines, and one too many unpleasant experiences, I'm going to have to start frequenting another Starbucks.

The drinks are usually made well but they're slow and chronically understaffed. They close the drive through randomly and don't use the Starbucks app. I wish corporate would buy it out and take over.
