Always a terrible experience at this location. It takes forever and your coffee tastes disgusting. I order the same thing at any other location and it's right.

horrible, horrible place to go to in the morning they’re slow they don’t talk to you and they make you sit in the drive-through 20 minutes and then tell you they’re closed once you call. I don’t recommend the Starbucks don’t waste your time here

I ordered ahead on the app. It said 6 to 9 minutes and my order would be ready. I got there 10 minutes after. Sonit should have been ready, right? Drove up to the window. There were 3 girls at the window. They were messing with the rod thst keeps the window closed for about 4 minutes. Laughing & talking amongst themselves. One finally opened the window and asked how she may help me. I said I have a pick up order. And said my name. She then says to stop at the speaker so they can gather it for me next time. They didn't even have anything made or ready. They than started to make my order. 3 drinks, a sandwich, a protein pack and 2 cake popes. Exactly 17 minutes, my order was finally ready. I've always thought when you order ahead, your order should be ready when you pick it up. I've ordered at other Starbucks and my order was ready when it says it is going to be ready when I arrived and not just being made. The only good thing about this visit was everything was correct. As in my order. Definitely will not be going to this one again. The Starbucks on Market Street is much better. The staff is nice, peppy, and on time. And so is the one in Target on Arlington.

I paid 6$ for a venti matcha with vanilla. I get the item and half of the cup is foam or like froth. That is lowkey ridiculous like i didn’t pay for foam I paid for the liquid. And after I took all the foam out this is how much was actually in the drink.

If picking up an online order, the staff almost always just ignores the fact that you are standing there. If you insist on some help, they get visibly annoyed and let you know it by their actions. I observe a staff at this location that is emotionally indifferent yet border on being openly indignant and rude. FYI not all locations are like this one. It's just another Arlington Rd. service model. I truly hope you shake this up a little and make it a nicer place to come into.

When we arrived, there happened to be a disgruntled customer that was verbally assaulting the employees. The employees handled a difficult situation with such grace. They even gave us a treat as a gift to thank us for being patient and understanding in witnessing the altercation. This was much appreciated and we would really consider coming back to this location!

Went to Starbucks,
Waited five minutes to order in drive through. That was fine I understand short staffed.
I order 3 cold drinks 1 very hot drink.
She put the drinks in the drink holder and passed it to me where everything was falling out of it and everything including the very hot drink spilled all over my legs and car. She say it and continued to walk away and then when I yelled for her she came back.
She didn’t apologize instead did a shrug and annoyingly asked if I wanted it re made…

YES it should be remade..
no manager came over and did or said anything
She tells me to pull around and she will bring it out instead I go in and she does the same thing and again it’s going to fall out.
Common sense would tell someone that they should put another carrier under it.

I went inside and again nothing from the manager no one even acknowledged me she quietly sat the drinks up on the counter and left.

That is the most pathetic and unprofessional thing. You can’t apologize at all?
The manager can’t come over and say anything?

Absolutely unacceptable and rude.

I put a complaint in through customer service.
I hope they close this location down.
