This place never gives you extra shots you pay for when you watch it done somuch you know by sight and taste if you have there is an extra Shot coffee always tastes different never consistant The have a employee manager with Brown hair thats Really controlling. the older Lady Cant make good coffee and She never marks the cups properly When shes taking your order

Multiple employees but only one ‘working’. This had to be the SLOWEST EMPLOYEE ON EARTH. Think of a sloth. Definitely shouldn’t be working at a fast paced environment. I’ve got a lot of patience usually but this was absolutely ridiculous. Multiple people left the line because of the speed.

Start was friendly and made my drink, which was delicious, quickly.
Visit was good. Nice people. Sad they don’t have Nitro at this location but I added a shot to the iced coffee with salted caramel cold foam Delicious

I waited in line and asked one question and everything I tried to tell her what I wanted she kept talking to another person behind the counter after the 3rd time trying to tell her I left, she had enough guts to ask me if I was sure I didn't want anything. Very rude
