I usually order through the drive thru and I get there really early because I have to get work. They are absolutely fantastic and this is my favorite Starbucks. ❤️ My iced chai always turn out amazing and I wanted to thank the staff and the manager. They have a wonderful team and I can’t wait to go back again. Thank you ❤️

I will NEVER return to this Starbucks! I would come here every day, sometimes twice a day.. spending a couple hundred dollars every month. I’ve never done a review but I just had to for this one, and after reviewing others comments about this specific Starbucks I see I am not alone. I want to start off by saying I am a former partner and shift manager in a different district. So when I visit I have a lot more empathy and consideration when the lines are taking long or my drink is incorrect. I never complain and just keep on with my day. This specific week though for 3 days in a row my cold brew was incorrect. After recently having a baby I have to watch my sugar intake. The drinks I received weren’t even near correct so I finally decided to call and speak up after 2 days of throwing my coffee away due to being unsure how much sugar is in it…mind you $8 just thrown away. Who knew I’d face retaliation for speaking up. The shift manager I spoke to that day was kind and understanding after filling her in on the incorrect orders.. the requests of no ice , but receiving a cup full of ice, requests of sf vanilla but received regular, receiving vanilla sweet cream but never asking for it and so on! The shift manager told me no worries to come the next day and my order will be taken care of. Now returning the next day, nobody knows what I’m talking about or who I spoke to and everyone has an attitude. They still had me pay for my order and the STORE MANAGER.. then comes by and is extremely rude and ignorant, doesn’t seem to believe me. Like I need to lie to get a free drink when I spend well over $20 a day. I continue to explain the shift told me it would be taken care of and this has been an ongoing thing receiving incorrect orders. She’s still not listening and doesn’t care, hesitant but finally gives me a recovery card. Fast forward to the very next day when I go to use said recovery card.. WHY DID THIS WOMAN PUT $4 ON THE CARD BEING FUNNY. What at Starbucks is $4!?!?! Just ignorant! I really hope whoever the district manager is, takes notice of her childish behaviors and how much revenue she’s costing this store by losing multiple daily paying customers. I couldn’t imagine what it’d be like being a partner in her store. No wonder why it’s always new people at this location.

They made my order incorrectly, and the quality of my coffee and sandwich was awful.
Girls know me by name, I go there so often, and they know I get a cup of ice with my drink. Friendly atmosphere, but the parking is insane.

Took 30 minutes at the drive-thru with 2 people ahead of me at 8:30am on a Saturday. Employee did not know how to make a caramel latte.

I went through the drive-through and the girl that took my order also helped me understand how to use the stars for my order and was an absolute sweetheart! Her name was Rachel and she said she was new, but you couldn’t even tell she did such a fantastic job! And my order was perfect.

like to start with I used to work at Starbucks, so I’m very aware of how they’re supposed to treat customers. I ordered online for in-store pickup at the Starbucks in Fairlawn, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. While I can understand if there was a meeting or other reason for the closure, the situation was handled incredibly poorly. I was on my break so I didn’t have enough time to go through the drive-throughI called the store to get clarification, but the manager hung up on me twice. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If you don’t like interacting with customers, you shouldn’t be in the food service industry. Basic respect and courtesy should always be a priority. I ended up spending my break without food, crying on the phone with corporate.
I’ve since spoken with corporate and the area manager about this issue, so I hope it’s addressed properly. It’s disappointing to see such poor treatment of customers—it really reflects badly on the Starbucks brand.

The girl who took my order was rude and clearly annoyed and didn’t pay attention to our order. At one point said she was lost and I had to repeat what I was getting. Then she rang in a hot drink when I ordered iced with cold foam. And I said thank you when she gave us our food and she just said “mmhm”. Very rude overall. Then the barista making the drinks said well some people order it that way. Just say I’m sorry and I’ll remake it. Plain and simple! Don’t argue or make excuses. There was one girl who was very sweet who helped me with a last minute purchase. But that was the only one there who was nice.

Too many managers working to keep track of things. They will mess up drinks and not replace them. So I will not be going to this location anymore.

Drinks and food are consistent and spot on, which seems to be a rare quality for Starbucks these days. The store is relatively large, with excellent areas to sit, meet with friends, pull open a laptop, etc. Their customer service could certainly use some improvement. I've been here over a dozen times to sit and work on projects. The majority of their employees come across extremely grumpy and are very unpleasant to interact with, which is the only reason for 4 stars vs. 5.
