I went through the drive-through and the girl that took my order also helped me understand how to use the stars for my order and was an absolute sweetheart! Her name was Rachel and she said she was new, but you couldn’t even tell she did such a fantastic job! And my order was perfect.

like to start with I used to work at Starbucks, so I’m very aware of how they’re supposed to treat customers. I ordered online for in-store pickup at the Starbucks in Fairlawn, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. While I can understand if there was a meeting or other reason for the closure, the situation was handled incredibly poorly. I was on my break so I didn’t have enough time to go through the drive-throughI called the store to get clarification, but the manager hung up on me twice. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If you don’t like interacting with customers, you shouldn’t be in the food service industry. Basic respect and courtesy should always be a priority. I ended up spending my break without food, crying on the phone with corporate.
I’ve since spoken with corporate and the area manager about this issue, so I hope it’s addressed properly. It’s disappointing to see such poor treatment of customers—it really reflects badly on the Starbucks brand.

The girl who took my order was rude and clearly annoyed and didn’t pay attention to our order. At one point said she was lost and I had to repeat what I was getting. Then she rang in a hot drink when I ordered iced with cold foam. And I said thank you when she gave us our food and she just said “mmhm”. Very rude overall. Then the barista making the drinks said well some people order it that way. Just say I’m sorry and I’ll remake it. Plain and simple! Don’t argue or make excuses. There was one girl who was very sweet who helped me with a last minute purchase. But that was the only one there who was nice.

Too many managers working to keep track of things. They will mess up drinks and not replace them. So I will not be going to this location anymore.

Drinks and food are consistent and spot on, which seems to be a rare quality for Starbucks these days. The store is relatively large, with excellent areas to sit, meet with friends, pull open a laptop, etc. Their customer service could certainly use some improvement. I've been here over a dozen times to sit and work on projects. The majority of their employees come across extremely grumpy and are very unpleasant to interact with, which is the only reason for 4 stars vs. 5.

I order a custom frappechino everyday and today made the mistake of going to this location by far worst one I’ve ever gotten and the fact I pay an extra $3 for customizations they didn’t even give me and I even tipped $2 on a $9 drink is crazy to me!!! I shouldn’t have had to say anything but I did cuz well I paid for extra stuff so I wanted it but the girl tried telling me she gave me extra whipped cream etc but u can clearly see in this pic there is no whipped cream at the bottom of my cup like there normally is when I order with extra. Just saying if u customize your drinks I wouldn’t recommend this location staff was rude and at 450am I want what I ordered and paid for

I got a bagel to go heated with butter to go. I'm not sure if it was heated, but definitely no butter. A bit disappointing for a long drive home.

Drink was good but when I pay for extra crunch it would be nice to at least get a regular amount
ordered on the app ahead of time and the app told me my order was ready at 3:05. after about 10 minutes of waiting and asking the front desk person, if my order will be on the end counter and she confirmed it will be, I decided to ask another worker because it had been 10 minutes at this point. I politely asked “sorry excuse me, I was wondering where my order would be?” I placed it on the app and I’m not seeing it?” She looked at me as if I was stupid and said “if it’s ready, it would be right here” in a rude tone. I replied it and said “it was ready 10 minutes ago, I’ve been waiting and I just wasn’t sure”. she looked at me like I was crazy and I said actually “I think it’s right behind you near the window”. WHICH IT WAS and it had been sitting there and I rushed out because they made me late. I’m sipping on it on the way to work and the order was completely wrong and they espresso tasted burnt. I understand that it’s a highly stressful job, i get it but come on. I waited ten minutes to even ask because i know how annoying it is to stop what you’re doing to answer a question. the fact that they didn’t even add the flavor to my shaken espresso and the fact it tasted burnt was just the icing on the cake. almost nine dollars for a drink that wasn’t right, was ordered way ahead of time so they had time to make it and not rush, and tasted like bong water. i legit made a google account just to leave this review because I never feel it’s necessary to leave them but it was pretty necessary today.

I never write reviews but I’m so tired of wasting my money at this location. This is the ONLY location I have this issue with. Every time I get oat milk, it is literally chunky and I can see the chunks floating all around my drink. Sometimes it’s worse than other times. Every time I ask they say it’s “just like that” but I don’t experience this at any other location or with my own oat milk in my coffee at home, which I have used many brands. My friend has this issue too and has stopped coming to this location because of it. It’s irritating to spend $7 on a drink that looks so disgusting I’m scared to drink it.
