Celebrated birthday with my mother, very nice atmosphere. The fish is a little dry and the pork belly is a little too fatty when it's served as a whole piece. The sauce of the octopus is very savory and the sauce served with the fish is very refreshing and the miso dish is very perfect

This is my fourth time at Stirling! Clearly this is now the BEST restaurant in North East Ohio! The craft cocktails are amazing! The flavor profile of the entrees is outstanding! So many subtle and well blended tastes!!! Each season brings a new amazing experience! Hats off to the bartender, chef, and owner! This is culinary majic!!!

Recently, my wife and I, along with another couple, had the pleasure of dining at Stirling, following a recommendation. We began our meal by sharing the Snapper Ceviche and dates stuffed with goat cheese, both of which were delightful starters. The restaurant offered a nice, quiet environment that wasn't overcrowded, allowing us to enjoy our evening comfortably. The menu was concise, fitting on one side of a page, which made choosing our dishes straightforward. Our waiter was exceptional—knowledgeable and attentive throughout the evening, enhancing our dining experience. For our main courses, I opted for the Duck Breast, while my wife chose the Short Rib. Our friends also enjoyed the Short Rib and tried the Halibut. Each dish was incredibly flavorful, though the portions were modest. While I don't expect a single serving to feed a family of six, I did find myself reaching for a snack about an hour later. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Stirling and look forward to visiting again soon.

Had a lovely dinner here with 2 friends. Drinks and food were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff was very knowledgeable about their menu items and accommodating of special dietary needs.

The attention to detail is there from the get go. Everything in the glass is there for a reason. The food? An experience your taste buds will thank you for! Depth of flavor; texture… it’s all there. Carefully curated for maximum enjoyment. The staff are fabulous and attentive and led from the front by the owner who wants to know what you think and if everything is just perfect. Everything was. Don’t miss it.

Finally made it to Stirling last night with a friend. I had heard from a number of people it was amazing and it certainly did not disappoint. We split six dishes on the monthly rotational menu for july. Beef tartare and hamachi crudo appetizers were excellent. I've had a peach arugula barata salad and tried the chorizo potato soup which was very good and different. Main entrees we had the carne asada and a scallops risotto. Simply everything was cooked perfectly. Our servers were great as were the host and owner. Love the ambiance as well. And I can't forget about the cocktails. Delicious. So glad to have a place like this in Akron.

Best kept secret. Truly. Fabulous bar with bartenders who know how to make an old school cocktail. Stephanie was our server and she was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. The amuse bouche was a beautiful start. Then we moved on to the terrine and cannelloni. Both were filling so we ended up getting salads. All the food is highly inspired and the flavors just…work! We will be back time and time again. And I loved the surprise and delight element of receiving the check. Just go! This place is great.

Went to this hidden gem for the first time. I can’t believe it’s been open a year and I never knew it existed. Let me start by saying that was the best meal I’ve had in the Akron area. Skip those overpriced basic steakhouses Akronites love and get a high end chefs meal. The menu changes monthly. Last night pretty much every entree was tried by our party, and all were delicious, well seasoned and flavorful and beautifully plated. The vegetarian lasagne, pork tenderloin, lobster linguine were all first rate. The sea bass was maybe the best single dish I’ve had in the area. The service was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. Lastly kudos to the bartender as the cocktails were unique and flavorful. Can’t wait to come back.
