I ate at the Stray Dog Cafe and customer service is so so, several times after ringing the bell for service it took one of the two ladies that work there a long time to come to the counter. The food was greasy and some was undercooked and don't get me started about the chicken and rice soup that was basically water, rice, carrot, onions and celery that was put in the microwave, it lacked flavor and the vegetables were not cooke, also the fountain machine with the stray dog beverages needs to be removed or the drink recipes revamped because the drinks were DISGUSTING!!! The ambiance is greasy spoon and I will not recommend this establishment until changes are made, also I didn't know which menu was accurate and what food items were available! I feel they need younger workers in this location

I'm am beyond thrilled!! they went above and beyond for me! recently found out in celiac and they made me gf croutons and expressed they have gluten free bread (potential sandwiches in my future!). I'm so happy I found a safe and delicious place!!

So where I used to work was right down the street from Bounce where I first had stray dog. I am telling you, it is probably the best hotdogs I've had in a long time. If you like beefy, greasy, flavorful hotdogs, this is the place. PRO TIP: There are a few stray dog cafes very close together but the GOOD one is inside bounce in Akron. The cook there is the only one in all of the stray dogs that's I have seen toast the buns. All the others leave them plain and it makes all the difference having them toasted. The Mac and cheese there is also phenomenal. Probably the cheesiest Mac you will find. Even better than paneras mac. For the price, they give you a huge portion.Don't miss out and go early!

They have a nice selection of coffee, drinks, and snacks, but their hours are very limited and the service is extremely slow. Slow. I waited there for 20 minutes just to get a single coffee. I attribute this to the number of orders they receive for staff in the Bounce Innovation Hub, but still.

Whoever the lady is at the cash register needs to sharpen up her people skills. Good grief. Throw in a thank you and a smile huh? We are the customers after all. I wasn’t the only one who commented on the crabby coffee lady in our training which had 60 people.

I had a Coney Island dog. Good bun, nicely toasted. Great wiener. Well seasoned and not too salty. Toppings were generous. I was not a fan of their mustard but that's just a personal taste choice. Nice staff too.

Nice cafe. They have a wide variety of food , drinks and drinks . You can sit inside or in the outside yard. Friendly staff.

I get breakfast here *almost* every day. The staff is lovely, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and it’s truly the highlight of my day! If you get a chance, try a chocolate chip cookie. Probably the best I’ve had!

We had a Groupon for Stray Dog, so we decided to go this afternoon. What a mistake that was.... The cashier had NO idea what to do with the Groupon. Then she undercharged us... She thought... But then realized that we overpaid... Blaming the owner for their lack of communication with the staff the entire time. Although the food was good, it definitely wasn't worth either the trip or the price of the food. The hotdogs are average sized... Nothing special. Sonic has a better Coney dog... Sadly disappointing.
